Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with the thickness of the latex in the bloomers you received. As stated in the product description, the bloomers are crafted from a thinner latex gauge of 0.25mm. However, I appreciate your input and would have been happy to accommodate a request for a thicker 0.40mm latex if you had informed me beforehand.

Outstanding all around
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with LatexandLovers.co.uk, and I cannot express my satisfaction enough! From the moment I placed my order on a Sunday, I was incredibly impressed with their exceptional customer service. Justyna is an absolute gem. She promptly reached out to me to gather my measurements, even though I hadn't ordered a custom piece, her commitment to ensuring that my item met my expectations was truly outstanding.
What made this experience even more exceptional was my tight timeframe. I needed my item in a hurry, and Justyna went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Not only did she promise to deliver on time, but she also exceeded my expectations by delivering the custom item in record time, much faster than any of their competitors could have managed.
The quality of the item I received was nothing short of exceptional. It fits perfectly, and I can genuinely say that I've never been happier with a purchase. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are evident, and the product is of outstanding quality.
In addition to the top-notch product, it's crucial to highlight the incredible customer service. Justyna's dedication to making this shopping experience a positive one was a standout feature. She's friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about her customers' satisfaction.
I'm beyond thrilled with my purchase from LatexandLovers.co.uk, and I have no doubt that I'll be returning for more in the future. If you're looking for high-quality latex products and outstanding customer service, I wholeheartedly recommend LatexandLovers.co.uk. They've won me over with their fantastic product and remarkable commitment to their customers. Thank you, Justyna and the entire team for making this shopping experience truly exceptional!
