We recommend the legal team at Latham & Co Solicitors, Melton Mowbray for their professionalism and kindness. They've consistently been quick to reply to our queries, clear in their explanation of every step we've taken, and thoughtful about causing minimum inconvenience when they've needed documents, signatures, etc. Can't fault them.
I emailed this company on the 2nd December concerning some work needed on a Deputyship application. Having not had a reply by Friday 6th I contacted them by phone. They said the email needed to be passed onto someone to look at. After 5 days of inactivity? Then today, Tuesday 10th, they rang to say they wouldn't be able to take on the work. Had they said they could I don't think I would have used them. If someone needs chasing after 5 days they are neither client friendly nor professional.

I apologise and accept that there was a delay in getting back to you as quickly as you would have wished (partly due to reasons beyond our control), I do understand that upon chasing you were advised that we would be responding to you in the early part of this week (as we have). Your matter required specialist advice and assistance and when it was passed to me an assessment was made as to whether we were able to undertake the work for you. Unfortunately, after assessing the matter it became clear that we were not able to do so at the time, this was then communicated to you. I accept there was a delay in responding and again for this I can only apologise for this on behalf of the firm.
