A COMPLETE DISASTER!

Service is nothing short of a disaster. Deliveries have become totally unreliable. The app is besieged with bugs (scheduling, changing payment cards, etc). Customer service is generally unreachable. Most recently I had to reschedule a delivery 3x mentioning specifically that I was in dire straights to receive my laundry back ahead of a business trip. To no avail. Despite the reassurances by a member of the team over Whatsapp (the only way ANYONE replied) the delivery failed and I was left without my items. Unacceptable!
GUYS I WANT MY STUFF BACK ASAP AND THAT'LL BE THE LAST TIME I HAVE USED YOUR SERVICE! I was previously a loyal customer since the days of ZipJet but you have truly cocked this one up by not being capable to run the business. The reviews speak volumes about me not being the only one with these issues.

I would like my shirts back please

I would like my shirts back please! Customer service is uncontactable and they keep cancelling my delivery because my payment card is not working - except when I try to update my payment card details in the app, it keeps freezing and not updating. A complete disaster of a Company!

The most appalling service I have ever…

The most appalling service I have ever received. When an order is confirmed, they send an email to verify payment - if you don't do this in 20 mins, your card is blocked. I didn't realise this happened and they cancelled my delivery and held my clothes. I spoke to customer service and once the issues was understood, followed their advice to pay by bank transfer and provided evidence of this. However they have continued to cancel the delivery and hold my clothes. Despite continuing to try and get in touch with customer service via email - I have had no response. No functioning telephone / live chat. This is theft. I will never use them again.

Issue after issue

Our washing machine broke and so we resorted to Laundrapp for laundry whilst we got a replacement sorted. They were late to collect my clothes, at midnight of the day the clothes were due to be returned I was advised that the driver had been taken sick and that we'd need to rebook a delivery slot the earliest being 1 week on (bearing in mind that I was fast running out of clean laundry and was due to go away for the weekend), today I was expecting my delivery and got a text to say that my driver was going to be late to deliver my clothes completely missing the 2 hour slot and that they'd update me.

For the first time using the service I feel really disappointed and in the future I'd probably just visit a local launderette just to avoid the risk of issues like this again.

Stay away - absolute rubbish

The worst service I have ever come across. They used to be so good and I have been using them for about 5/6 years now but something terrible has happened and they won't be in business much longer I expect. As I write, my laundry is a week delayed. It includes my work cloths and my baby's cloths. Their live chat only operates every second day. They only collect and deliver every second day and only in the evenings. Their help line closes at 8pm despite their last delivery being 9pm. Even after all the trouble they still want to charge me 50%. I'm honestly wondering if this is a scam now. Stay away. They are rubbish.

Delivery was due in Sunday.

The delivery was cancelled at the last minute, then in Wednesday is was cancelled, then on Friday. The next day available to book is the following Wednesday, so 10 days overdue.

I’ve tried contacting this customer service team but I just get an automated response- so who knows if I’ll get my clothes back!

Would avoid if you value your clothes

The absolute worst

The absolute worst. They don’t have enough drivers or support staff. My order routinely delayed and changed - the last straw has been my clothing not delivered in time for a big business trip and an absolute iron wall of silence from their customer service team. AVOID

Terrible

Every time I have used this company, they ruin one or more items of clothing. It is an actual joke. The most recent item they ruined was a Burberry trench coat and an LK Bennett will dress. All of the clothes are never cleaned properly and the price is too expensive for the quality. Avoid at all costs

Flawless service

This is the second time I have used this company for my feather duvets and each time, service is flawless. Easy to book through the app, my duvet was collected next day promptly. When it was returned, it was beyond expectations as it had a huge stain from my dog being sick on it, I really thought it couldn’t be removed, but it came back like new. It was beautifully folded in it’s own duvet bag and only took 2 days. Worth paying that little extra to get it cleaned instead of me having to lug it on public transport and sit for 2 hours in a dingy launderette. All done from the comfort of my couch at the click of a button. Magical!

Really useful customer help when most needed!

Really useful customer focused service that allows 8kg of mixed washing to be collected and delivered from your door step. Email communication about pickups and drops allows easy arrangements to be arranged between client and customers via wide chose of times that suit you.

Laundrapp is the way forward

Love using Laundrapp. Very quick, efficient and easy to use. I have only ever had one issue that was my fault on my end of communications and Samson from the customer care team sorted it out straight away. cannot fault :)

We have been using Laundrapp for a long time…

We have been using Laundrapp for a long time now. Overall, a satisfied experience. They pick up, clean, package and deliver our laundry back to us without problem... for the most part. i say we because we are a business and need our clothes washed and delivered promptly, without difficulty, yet somehow Laundrapp slips up in times of dire need! They're customer service is extremely varied, every time I contact them I have to start from scratch and explain my whole situation again and again. Frustrating. Although they were responsive and somewhat helpful, their solutions were "turn off your phone and then on again", "delete the app and try reinstalling", "create a new account" and none of these ever worked. Frustrating! Every time I called them, I would be put on hold for a "maximum of 5 minutes" and then, when those 5 minutes were up, they hung up on me!?! How am I supposed to then get a hold of them?? I was then in on the live chat, and was persistent and clear in my issues, AND THE GUY JUST LEFT THE CHAT?!?! As if he'd had enough of talking to me?!?! WTH! Overall, I am very dissatisfied with their customer service, but their cleaning service was adequate. They kept telling me theyve forwarded my issue to "the technical team", this team of which NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. Never did anything, which is why I am now looking for a new Laundry provider for our business.

We're aware that the issue on this occasion was caused by a security setting in the back-end of our payment system. Our customer care team at first believed this to be an app issue, which most of the time is resolved by one of the solutions mentioned above. After further investigation, we escalated this to our teams internally to find out more information, and to see if the restriction could be lifted.

We understand that you have had a couple of live chat conversations with our team regarding this, and we're very sorry that this has caused such an inconvenience to yourself. We shall also be investigating the live chat instance mentioned above.

As mentioned by Holly in a recent discussion, we've waived the fee for your order on this occasion as a further apology. We're also looking to amend our live chat feature so that we can have easier tracking of conversations between yourself and our agents.

Diabolical Service

Diabolical Service - Didn't show up to collect until I called their line. Didn't show up again to drop off items despite waiting for their full two-hour drop off slot. They are frequently late/no show and don't even let you know.

Worse service ever!

Worse service ever!! I order a collection that was for Thursday night and they didn’t come to pick up the clothes. I did not receive any email or text or notification saying they wouldn’t come so I wait. Then on Sunday they just appeared at my door to collect the clothes, again with any call, message or anything. They were here and I gave them the clothes and it was supposed to come back on Tuesday night, again didn’t come so I send and email on Wednesday and they promise to bring the clothes on Thursday, again didn’t! Same story and they promise to bring my clothes on Sunday AND AGAIN DISNT COME!!!! My clothes haven’t been returned after more than 2 weeks. I sent emails and they just respond that they will send it next day but they don’t!! You call to customer service and they put you to hold and after 5 mins they hung up on you! There is nobody to talk and the email customer service is rubbish because they really don’t solve the problem. I really don’t know what to do to get back my clothes! I’m worried they lost it or something happened. WORSE COMPANY EVER! it was good when it was Zipjet but since Laundrapp bought up it definitely became the worse service! DONT USE GHIS COMPANY
