A mixed bag
Easy to place an order. Being a pickup service, it is convenient. However beware they can change your order if they think you have put something else in your bag (which was not the case with me) and charge more than you planned to pay. The customer service dealt well with my queries. Cleaning itself was fine.

I had to use this service as the bedding wouldn’t fit in my washing machine. The item was picked up and delivered on time and the driver was friendly and helpful

I've never felt compelled to write a…
I've never felt compelled to write a review of any kind before. I've been a customer of Laundrapp for sometime, not any more. After they emailed to "update my order" I asked for the items to be returned as they were. I didn't want to pay £6 to have a women's shirt ironed when a man's shirt costs a fraction of that. Two days later I received a reply stating it was too late and the items had already been cleaned and the money taken from my card despite me not having given them authority to do this. I raised a dispute with my credit card company who refunded me the money, well done Am Ex, perhaps Laudrapp could learn a thing or two about customer loyalty.. Will be moving on to ihateironing.com from now on.
