I have been dealing with Mia and Nancel for my TPD claim and they both made the entire process quite seamless.
I would highly recommend Law Partners

I was told by one of their lawyers that they do not help people with TAC matters, which is conflicting to what is advertised. They're only invested in cashing in on lump sum payments and reject the notion that someone in a pedestrian hit n run is deserving of medical help.

If you need help with getting medical care and getting what is owed to you by TAC, this isn't the firm. The apathy is palpable when you say you need support on getting medical care

Very average service - LawPartners were quick to act to secure their funding, billed who knows how many hours for whatever they felt they were doing, but that's where it ended. I did not feel as though LawPartners were interested in my case or my wellbeing. I would often go weeks without having any contact at all, rarely received responses to emails or proactive updates. I did most of the following up and chasing myself!
I don't believe LawPartners were interested in the years of institutional abuse I had suffered or how I had reached out for "support". I was just another billable and a tick box exercise.

Avoid unless your case is open shut!

This firm wasted in excess of 12 months of my time before unilaterally deciding to close my file because there wasn't enough money in it for THEM,with no concern for my welfare or mental health.They are dishonest ambulance chasers and I suggesting avoiding them like the plague!

Don’t bother using these people they will ignore you promise to call then not bother I wouldn’t trust them to represent me in court disgraceful they way they treat you if having injury isn’t bad enough they will add to it I’m sick of having to call then being told rubbish told one minute that the person isn’t handling your case now to then speaking to them and then feeding me rubbish

Very dodgy - ambulance chasing. Asked a question online - contacted on a Sunday. Get you to sign things quickly so they get payments from Government. Cool off period means nothing as cancelled representation with them within 2 days and they still claimed government money. This is where the government spend their money - shameful. Ambulance chasing people when vulnerable is poor form. Stay away from LawPartners - pick anyone but them.
