Great staff and great quality product.

Helpful and understanding the need for my purchase with guidance and advice.

All the staff are cheery and helpful from the counter to the yard. Always seem to have plenty of stock at competitive prices. And prompt delivery.

A big thanks the Manager Andy Bailey who found the correct timber for racking, for a shipping container thats going to Thailand.
The timber had to be ISPM-15 rated.

The team at ascot are always professional, helpful, and make you feel a valued customer.

Great service and advice. Prompt delivery. Excellent

Place order on line for some log lap timber to repair garden building
Lawson took order and sent acknowledgment I then got a PayPal refund for order with no correspondence from Lawsons, cancelling Theo deer with out letting me know at all.
I phoned them and they confirmed it was cancelled and told me I’d have to sort it out elsewhere.
Very poor customer service. Will never use again

Great all round service from ordering office though to delivery.

Great service and delivered on time. The fencing and posts are a good quality

Always very helpful from staff behind desk to lads in yard
