I placed an order for 10 mini perfumes, but I’ve received only 5 roll-ons. This is not what was described or expected.
Although the website mentioned a return policy, there was no revert from their end to guide about missing items to be sent or issue a refund for the missing 5 perfumes or why the order was incorrect.

Very bad. Do not buy from this website, this is a complete scam. They are fooling us in instagram and it's mini roll ons in cheap plastic lil bottles. Also smell is same for all the bottles and not at all good.

Fraud.... It's smells like agarbatti ... And it's a roll on... Don't cheate customers with fake ads.

Received roll-on bottles instead of the miniature ones I ordered i.e. the ones that show on the website. The roll-on bottles are of very poor quality - their stickers coming off and showing how old the packaging is. Additionally, I received only one set instead of the two I had ordered, and the free gift mentioned in the order summary was also missing. Quite disappointing overall.

Big scam, received the broken seals due to which whole bottle was leaking and recieved the bottle not even half filled.

They are scammers
They fool people advertising false info and sending completely fake products

I ordered mini perfumes, but what I received were low-quality roll-on minis, all of which have an oil-like smell.
It feels misleading and disappointing. Please be cautious - this experience makes it seem like they are misrepresenting their products and taking advantage of customers. No support number, nothing, a support @ layeredluxbeauty.com email is there, which didn't reply. Full Scam ho gaya.

They are scammers don’t buy.. they sent used and broken plastic bottles

Scam scam scam! Do not buy their products! They send cheap products with phenyl type smell and a rotten sticker on it. Not even close to what was shown in the ads or on their websites. NEVER purshase anything from them.

This brand is not actually brand, they are fooling us by shows different pics & selling fake product. Need to take action they are looting us by 400-500 rs each. Sharing pics what i get if it is allowed here

They are Fraud, instead of perfumes bottle as the shown in website they send rollons with very bad smell(smells like soap or detergent) and some of them are leaked.

Bought mystery mini box from layered luxury beauty which was supposed to contain designer original miniature perfumes but what I received was fake decants

They Are Complete Scammers – Do Not Buy!
I ordered 2 sets of the Myster Minis pack of 5 Luxury Perfume Samplers worth ₹750 and what I received was a complete scam. Every single perfume in the set has the same cheap, unpleasant fragrance — it’s nowhere close to the original brand, not even a proper dupe. The bottles are of extremely poor quality and feel cheap in hand. This is nothing like what was shown in the Instagram ad, which is clearly misleading. There’s no option to give 0 stars, otherwise I would. I’m giving 1 star only because the system doesn’t allow anything lower.
Don’t fall for the ad. Not worth the money.

This looks like some kind of a scam. I bought a set of mini luxury perfumes. Its some poor quality unlabelled liquid. Dont fall for their insta ads.
