The setup is a breeze and its built to last through countless lazy afternoons. One key tip: make sure to get a hammock smaller than your stands length to account for the ideal amount of slack.

I bought a 12' Lazy Daze hammock and a matching 12' stand, thinking, “What could go wrong?” Well, turns out the hammock sags like it’s training for a limbo competition. Even when clipped at the tightest points, it drops all the way to the ground. You’d think a 12' hammock and a 12' stand from the same brand would be compatible, but apparently not.

I reached out to support (Order #1451) to see if I was missing something, but haven’t gotten a reply. Materials seem decent, but unless you’re into lounging at ground level, this setup might not be for you.
