This is the second watch I have now purchased from LBJ and I can honestly say the process and attention to detail has been second to none. This was made ever clear as the watch I wanted wasn’t straight forward to find and the amount of time wasted I come across prior that just want to source the watch once they had your deposit. 100% won’t even bother calling anyone else next time round, save your time and stick to the prove and tested companies. LBJ watches is great
This was my second purchase from LBJ Watches and they were great again. Luke sourced exactly what I was looking for within a couple of days, with the warranty card dated less than a week before I collected it.
On the day, Harrison took care of us and the service was spot on: friendly, very knowledgeable, transparent throughout, and never pushy. The whole process felt smooth and trustworthy, and my partner and I enjoyed it so much we ended up buying two watches instead of one. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely return.

Great service, can’t recommend enough. This was my first experience of a grey market dealer and Luke and his team were extremely friendly, communication was excellent (both before and after the transaction) and importantly, valuations were very fair from the outset. This was my first time buying a watch, of which Luke and his team made an extremely smooth process.
I was in London on a 2 day trip and he managed to source me the perfect watch for collection before I headed home.
Everyone I met was genuine and were helpful.
