We used Lccl construction first time for our kitchen extension 2019 with a view to build a loft conversion afterwards. We just have had our loft conversion completed including bedroom, bathroom, storage loft it has Juliet balcony with velux windows to the front and skylight, kitchen extension previously build included new electrical and plumbing refit with new kitchen and understair wc, we was back then very pleased to have used Lccl construction and now finally completed the total house. Found Lccl to be polite, respectful, trustworthy, professional, the build team is also friendly we always made them tea they always asked for it :) the build completed on budget and time frame advised overall I would highly recommend.

2ND project with LCCL construction wraparound house extension. Completed full design and build process to our home in Finchley north London. Previously they have design and build our loft conversion 4 years on and still it is in excellent condition. wraparound rear extension looks and feels amazing. The whole project was well managed from the beginning to completion and we were made to feel very much involved with the team and the processes but at the same time the impact on our day to day lives was kept to the least it could possibly be. It is invaluable to have such an experienced and skilled team with you throughout the whole build it made us feel much more comfortable and was a no brainer to return to LCCL again for our recent project having had a positive experience before. We also received help from the company in choosing our kitchen supplier and installing all the fixtures and fittings which made everything much easier. We are very happy with both the projects and do recommend the company to our friends.

We are very pleased to have used Lccl Construction to do full house renovation and loft conversion to our edwardian terraced house. Project involved total strip out of interiors and remodelling repositioning the interior walls, electrical and plumbing works and new mansard loft conversion. Refitting stairs, bathrooms and kitchens.

Lccl Construction were very professional to deal with and a pleasure to work with throughout, high attention to detail, the project management was very well organised, builders were lovely and carpenters was right on point with clean cut lines and superior finishing.

They are not the cheapest design and build company or builders but they are fair and charge what is right, we did add a lot of items on top which they did charge for but we don’t mind very happy with all the finishing

The whole project was very fast moving too, it finished ahead of schedule, building control has approved and issued certificates required

Doing this type of work is stressful and time consuming, I got to give to Lccl Construction and their teams they really have made sure it is successful start and completion making it easy for us to go on about our daily lives while they do all the hard work not many builders would be able to achieve this type of build successfully, Lccl Construction will make sure the job is done properly

Contracted lccl construction to design and build hip to gable loft conversion, after much research I found Lccl construction to be the most efficient and reliable company to deal with, the initial design phases started immediately their architects attended the property and conducted a full measurement surveys and two weeks after we had the initial draft, they obtained all the relevant planning approvals, building control approvals and party wall agreements, the design phase process was smooth and very well organised. After design completion we initiated the construction to our hip to gable loft conversion and this is where the whole process was very impressive first four weeks the roof was totally remodelled, gable wall built, dormer created and front roof replaced and waterproof. It took another 6 weeks to complete internally and sign off by building control. We are very happy with the whole build found lccl to be professional, very well organised, respectful and trustworthy. I would highly recommend and definitely use again which we are planning to do for our ground floor extension.

UNRELIABLE!!! I am annoyed & lost patient to this company, especially you see many promotion flags affixed to the lampposts in Finchley. Please consider this is a company just using social media, likes youtube, FB, IG, google, trustpilot and mybuilders for promoting their jobs. When any dispute or problems arise, bear in mind, you can't find them physically from a real commercial address. You just have a sole method for communication, i.e. phone number, whatsapp or SMS. That means they can easily kick you out and neglect your request and comments. Alex has expressed that he doesn't care about one or two negative comments on them, cos they can easily swipe them out. Yes, it is. You can see the robotic comments appear to beautify their jobs, after some adverse comments are made. Words of mouth is crucial. Verbal agreement is fake. Many new terms will come out, once you entered into the contract. Tricky to lots of additional cost & unreasonable charge to you, here are examples, GBP3,000 as an admin cost for placing order, receiving+labour for 2 bathroom stuff. GBP3,000 for installation cost of 2 new fire doors............ DON'T be cheated by the smiling face you saw on video & any nice manner you experienced before the deal.

Loft conversion, house extension and interior renovation completed to our home in Whetstone, North London. We are very happy with the results that LCCL construction designed and build for us. LCCL construction has been very professional in their approach but also friendly and we got on very well. The whole house has been pretty much demolished and rebuilt. Wonderful ground floor extension design and build, very happy with the outcome. We engaged with LCCL Construction to get our loft conversion and house extension project going. The whole process was explained to us in a straight forward way including how the design stages work, timescales, what to expect during the build and the costs involved. We signed up for the full architecture design and construction services as we preferred to have everything delivered by one company. Our home now has an extra bedroom, bathroom and new very large kitchen/social space. We are exceptionally happy with the quality of the build, the communication throughout all various processes and the speed and diligence with which the team worked. I know that much value has been added to our home which is a great comfort if we were to sell the gain would be greater than what we have spent, however we are so happy with the house that we intend to enjoy living in it for the foreseeable.

I got in contact with LCCL construction in the autumn of 2023 with the aim of completing a ground floor extension on my house in Finchley. The company delivered everything we needed for the complete design and build of our house extension from Architecture to all of the build. The team were able to answer all of our questions and kept us informed and up to date with progress this was the case during the architectural stages and also consistently throughout the build. We did a 3x10m single storey rear extension with LCCL recently. It was scheduled to take 12 weeks to complete but with Alex's experience and agile project management, we are ahead of schedule (finished in 10). Alex, and LCCL,is extremely knowledgeable and will work with you explaining what can, and cannot, be done and why. He works magic in harmonising between the different trades and chooses extremely serious and rigorous builders. With Alex, you know no corners will be cut: your house will be sturdy, warm, waterproof, and will look nice, making you (and Alex himself) feel proud of the job. without doubt, I would choose LCCL again for any future building project.

This is down to Alex’s experience and agile management of different specialists involved. You may argue you can possibly find a cheaper builder to do the work, but you can’t always guarantee the quality, the harmony between the workmen, and the seriousness of your builders. With Alex, you know no corners will be cut: your house won’t fall down in 100 years, it will be warm, it will be waterproof, and it will look nice and make you (and Alex himself) feel proud of the job. I would work with LCCL again if I ever build anything else.

Contracted LCCL Construction to design and build us the loft conversion and house extension in North London. With their efficient and productive process they have successfully completed design and obtained full planning required. Construction phases process was efficient and productive too with understanding delays nonetheless the project has successfully completed to high standards, with quality, all looks very symmetrical, new and shiny. Dealing with LCCL was straight forward from start, we pretty much left them to it and stage by stage the whole project has got completed. I would highly recommend LCCL Construction design and build services.

We loved working with LCCL construction, found them on Instagram live projects that they do and after getting in touch we decided to use their services for design and build of our kitchen extension to our property in North Finchley, the design team, the management and the construction team are fantastic they worked very hard and with passion, our project manager was really sharp and with high level of detail making sure all got completed to high standards with building control fully signed off. We are now in process of doing loft conversion too which we initiated design already and are going to build next year with LCCL the new loft conversion too.

We hired LCCL construction to complete the architecture and construction on our home, the scope was a rear extension for larger kitchen, loft conversion to add a large bedroom and ensuite bathroom and also a renovation of the rest of the house that was looking tired and needed bringing up to date. It definitely worked out really well having one company do the whole project saved us a lot of hassle and time. Everything was designed as we wanted it the relevant certificates were obtained and the loft and extension were built very nicely and to a high standard. We were also guided through the process of choosing all the finishing touches such as bathrooms and glazing, the team at LCCL even sorted out our fitted wardrobe installation which was appreciated. We're so happy with our house now and glad we hired a professional company that were able to deliver everything we needed.
