Check-in was flawless and a very good service overall. Nice additional surprises were the good coffee and free bottle of Portuguese wine.

We stayed at Alma Geres for 2 weeks in June and it was just like finding a safe haven. The surroundings, the greenery, the outdoor and indoors space and how it is designed and thought of is just amazing.
It is a veryyy short walking distance to dinner in the village center and very close to Alqueirao beach by car.
The wild animals roaming around and the waterfalls and hiking trails are to die for.
Joao was a great host and the experience was seamless throughout.
