She clearly showed me where everything was, how to find out the key information I needed and also an introduction to things like keys and how to use utilities in the property. Great experience
Vanya and LDN Property People were great when we moved out of our flat. Her communication was second to none and our landlord was perfectly happy with the state of the flat after their end of tenancy clean.

Good experience
Vanya was very helpful during the process of moving out. I asked for her help re any possible mail sent to the old address and she made all the arrangements with the new tenant to make sure we wouldn’t miss any mail. She was very kind and punctual.

Vanya went above and beyond in assisting us with our entire move out of our flat. Her service was truly outstanding as she consistently communicated with us, ensuring we were well-informed about the available options and any additional charges involved. Moreover, she kept us updated on the schedule, allowing us to plan accordingly.
