Lead tech's level of detail on inquiries is by far the best. I've never struggled with client engagement, as they are ready to act due to the appointment setting.

The leads I paid were are supposed to be validated and within a certain criteria
The leads I paid were are supposed to be validated and quality. However, it appears that a qualified lead is merely someone doing a search inputting a few details and thats another £203 to lead tech. Most were not valid in my opinion as the individual on the other end that input their details were not either seeking, trying to do things themselves , looking for a tax adviser, equity release. or a miriad of other things. What I also found appaulling was if they had made contact 12 times and no reply I am still charges. what is the point of paying for a qualified lead when its exactly not that. A complete waste of money . The triage system is all wrong and I found it nothing but frustrating. The best bit I am still being invoiced but they cannot explain why

Off to a good start
Ive been with Lead Tech as a customer only for a short time, but I can say that although there have been a few teething problems, I am very pleased with account Manager Simon. He listens, and is pro active whenever I have a problem. He has also gone over and above to get me a lead booked as a firm appointment.
It is too early I think to give a more detailed review, but so far so good.

Leadtech saved the Equity Release part of my Business
I can honestly say that Leadtech saved the Equity Release side of my company. Due to many of my introducers leaving the Mortgage industry I had lost the numbers needed to stay compliant. I was able to convert some leads I received into applications and finally these should complete in the next few weeks. This is such a positive for me. Lead Advisory - passed on my number without permission
These guys have somehow got hold of my number and continually pass it onto a legit company, each time with a random name attached, never my name. This time I picked up and the caller said they receive lists of contacts with names (obviously made up) from Lead Advisory which they have to follow up, hence lots of calls from same company but always a different name. Rumpelstiltskin comes to mind.

False leads
Despite Lead Tech's reply that they would be in contact with me, surprise surprise I have had no contact at all !!! Very poor communication. They still charge for so called "leads" when they book a telephone appointment with a prospect and then it is cancelled within 24 hours without the opportunity to contact the prospect. Happened four times. Smacks of aggressive telesales approach. Do not touch with a barge pole!

A new experience for myself
A new experience for myself (buying leads), initially just testing the waters as a new adviser myself. The team have been very accommodating to my requests regarding leads, timings, etc. Jonny has been a great account manager and I've enjoyed our routine catch ups to ensure things are going according to plan.

There are a lot of lead generation firms out there, but this one in my experience is one of the best. They have provided good quality leads, in amongst the usual dross and are quick to resolve any issues I may have. Their replacement policy is one of the best I have come across and as long as you are good at converting leads, you will have no problems using them.

Great for a new Advisor
I started using Lead Tech as I had just gone self employed as a new Advisor and buying leads was suggested by an established Advisor. I didn’t know what to expect but I knew I needed a way to get in front of clients. There was an initial teething period of getting to know how the process works and what to expect. This is what the account managers are there for and Jonny Barrow my account manager has been amazing.
I am in my 7th month of using Lead Tech now and the results have been incredible; more than worthwhile financially.
I would like to say, there is a lot of work and also a skill element that goes into converting the leads. I can see that for people who are perhaps struggling to convert, it would be easy to put the blame on Lead Tech. However, they are there to create opportunity, the rest is down to you. For that reason, buying leads might not be for everyone. But for those who can make the process work, Lead Tech is a fine choice.

We've been working with Lead Tech for a number of months now and could not be happier. As a relatively small business (with big ambitions) we lacked new inquiries into the business plus the internal infrastructure and time to even handle leads. Lead Tech's qualified appointment process has allowed us to scale the business at speed, the process is really easy and so far the quality of appointments has been great, exceeding expectations (we've tried others in the past and this is our best experience by far). Great customer experience and ROI is looking very healthy at over 300% already.

I have never used any Lead providers in…
I have never used any Lead providers in my 26 years of Financial Planning career, this time I decided to and I must say my experience with Lead Tech has been great so far, my first 3 leads have been converted into business and I have great new clients now. Also Jonny Barrow (Strategic Account Manager) has been fantastic. He is very helpful and the leads which were not contactable or out of criteria, he has helped me to replace them, which is great, overall very professional and are easy to deal with. Information on appointment booked is very thorough and they also tell client to keep documents ready for advisor.
