"Every customer is unique. That is why we customize every one of our plans to fit sellers' needs exactly. We provide holistic support to sellers. We believe we are the ONLY real estate agent in London that specialises in sales, where mental health is of concern. We have years of experience in supporting clients through emotional break-downs and difficult life circumstances and we are fully qualified to provide such support. Clients' well-being is as much of our priority, as it is to provide a smooth and stress-free sale service." Agnieszka K. (Director)
As an agent and intermediary for investors in property, I have had good reason to deal with Leading Property Consultants, particularly Chris Murphy, whom I have found to be thoroughly knowledgeable when detailed questions were asked of him. Efficiency, truthfulness, and fast responses are my priorities, and I found all these in my dealings with Chris.
Leading Property Investment's team member Agnieszka is the best of the best! I have been dealing with Agnieszka for over a year now as I have been transacting quite a number of properties with Agnieszka's help. So I can confidently say that Agnieszka not just out-performs and delivers once or twice, but rather on a consistent basis over a long period of time. Agnieszka knows exactly what the client wants and remains lazer focused on the end-result so I feel a great deal of assurance and efficiency when dealing with Agnieszka. Super responsive and super professional! Agnieszka is my go-to person!
I instructed Agnieszka to sell my flat after many years of frustrating service from other agents in the sales and rental industry. Prior to commencing the sale process, Agnieszka went above and beyond to assist me with the conclusion of a tenancy agreement and facilitate progression of the sale. Throughout the entirety of the sales process Agnieszka was a pleasure to deal with, highly efficient, proactive and effective. She continually took the initiative and made the process entirely seamless. Agnieszka is truly a rare breed, her professionalism is impeccable and I cannot recommend her and Leading Property Investments highly enough.
Agnieszka is one of a kind. I’ve seen her first hand on the field and her dedication to supporting property owners is second to none. Truly different then your ordinary high street estate agent! Breath of fresh air.
Very good customer care. Prompt response to emails and if they can’t help they connect you with the right people.
Amazing service.
Will always go back to Leading Property Investments.
Agnieshka is a great professional she works with so much passion. I love working with her and would recommend her services!
As an investor, we always looks for innovative ways and project to enhance the profit margins, Agnieszka at Leading Property is very good at communication, learning the client's need and finding the best solution and return for us.
I recommend her to anyone.
We decided on Leading Property to manage our flat sale over local agents based on their service offer and positive attitude at the valuation meeting. We were extremely glad that we did : Agnieszka's professionalism and enthusiasm guided us through the process, and through a combination of excellent marketing, innovative strategy and hard work, our target price ( which was above that suggested by others ) was met with all parties satisfied. I would have no hesitation in recommending Leading Property - and already have!
It was such a pleasure to have Agnieshka as our agent. She was fully on our case. Not just in begining when she done viewings but she was helping dealing with solicitors throughout all sale process. Chasing them and giving a litlle push when it was needed. We could contact any time and get information when needed. My highest recommendation if you thinking of selling your property!!! Knowledge of the entire process great. Photos done professionally. Polite and super energetic. I feel respect and gratefulness for the hard work she provided by helping to sell our flat!!! Wish you all the best in your job!
I sold my property recently through Agnieszka and received a fantastic service starting with initial valuation, viewings, offer negotiation and all the way through the completion of the sale. I will highly recommend her.
