Idea is not working.
I wait since 6 weeks to my refound!!!!

This app does not work as advertised and the refund policy is misleading.

I tested the software by running only 3 searches. When I searched for plumbers in my city, Leads Gorilla returned around 20 leads, while the same search on Google Maps shows thousands of businesses. The data is extremely limited and not useful.

I requested a refund within 14 days, well inside the advertised 30-day money-back guarantee. My refund was denied because they claimed I had “used the software beyond limited use” — even though I only ran three searches.

Here is their response:

“According to our Terms of Service, you have used the software beyond limited use. Because of this, we will not be able to issue a refund.”

If using the software as intended voids the refund, then the guarantee is misleading. Based on my experience, this product is not worth the money, especially for beginners. I recommend sticking with Google Maps instead

Very unprofessional company.
Each time I open a ticket or ask for help it took 3-5 days for them to get back. When they promise to get back in 12-48h.

I had upgraded my account from leadsgorilla 2.0 to leadsgorilla 2.0 PRO. Never received the pro version.

When I asked for refund, they said I need to provide them with some ID code verification that THEY NEVER GAVE. I also never got the receipt for leadsgorilla 2.0 PRO.

Also, getting the leads is pain in the ass. You need to do it one by one. Might aswell just open Google maps and get them from there.

Even the leadsgorilla community, took them 3 weeks to add me to the community.

Its a dead community too, none is getting the support they need.

Logins never arrived and no response to my support ticket within 3 days. Not sure if it's a scam, but very well could be. I was able to request a refund through Paddle, let's hope it works out. Obviously can't say anything about the software itself as I never got to use it. But lost all interest in giving it a shot. Completely unprofessional.

Don't buy this scam.
I've paid their initial fee, haven't received any login details from their side. Happening first time as I made an online purchase and not able to use it.
Their support link is not working as well. Now, I am stuck in nowhere, either solve my problem or refund my money.

Wow where to begin with how bad this software is.

Quite literally unusable for its purpose. The google my business reports are not accurate at all or do not even gather the information that is clearly visible on google.

Secondly, go try to generate a web vitals report. Same error almost every time. "not enough information to generate a report" GENERATE THE REPORT WITH MISSING INFORMATION IT WIL SHOW THE CLIENT THAT THEY DONT EVEN HAVE ANY WEBSITE VITALS TO BE DISPLAYED.

It is just mind blowing that a company with a good consience could put such bad software on the market and actually expect money for it.

How am I supposed to sent reports to potential clients if the software can't even do its job and create the reports with accurate information for me? Disgraceful piece of kit.

No login details sent, support link broken, forgot password functionality not working. Support promises response in 48 hours! Even though 48 hours response is bad enough, they still don’t respond to login details issue after 48 hours. Facebook pending request after 48 hours. All these issues unattended yet they keep sending daily marketing emails. Check all negative reviews here for time it takes them to respond, some are even up to 1 year! That’s if they even respond at all! This software has all the hallmarks of automation with absolutely no structure behind it. Leads Gorilla is a ploy to grab money but put zero staff, and zero effort in delivering value. I regret buying this
