HORRIFIC AVOID DO NOT USE
HORRIFIC - DO NOT USE!! I had booked leadx back in February for a hen party leaving from Edinburgh to Liverpool return trip. We had agreed on a price and the deposit was made £150 up front and the rest was to be paid on the day. Once I had paid the deposit I got my booking conformation with drivers name, pick up times ect, I then noticed later on pick up times where wrong and emailed about changing this, I was told I would be charged extra as I had confirmed the times on the conformation even though my original email I had clearly stated what time we needed picked up. It was then agreed our pick up times had been modified and new conformation was sent. Leading up to the day I had been texting the driver to arrange an exact pick up spot and I got no response, I voiced my concerns with leadx and advised he would be driving up 1900 so call after then - in which I did do, still NO response. I sent 3 texts, 4 WhatsApp messages(in which he read) and called him 4 times between Wednesday & Thursday we where leaving on the friday morning. I then again emailed leadx and told them I wasn't feeling very re assured. No response until late Thursday afternoon I had been advised the driver will no longer be taken us as he was in an accident (in which I know isn't true as I've had this looked in to) That then left me with less than 24hrs to find a new way of transport for my hen group. I have NEVER experienced such a HORRIFIC service in all my life. Please do NOT USE THIS COWBOY company. Horrendous.
