a corrupt company dont purchase any goods they dont arrive im still waiting a refund from 2020

DO NOT ORDER FROM LEAFY CLOVER! THET ARE A SCAM! I placed an order and supposedly shipped my order to a state 2000 miles away. I reached out to support who responded with a 'we are sorry' but still no product or refund. This company is a scam!

As stated by others . Ordered Face shields April 2020 . It’s now August 21,2020 still no shields. Emailed Company and fake cyst service is an auto response keeps saying they are checking on the status and no refund is possible because the order is being filled . Have filed complaints with BBB and with PayPal. Fraudulent !

They are liars I made an order since the first week of March and can not get the product nor my money. I have been communicating with them but as of yet to resolve. 👎 not a good experience will never shop again

I’ll be going to the Attorney General with my complaint. Leafy Clover are scam artists! All responses regarding delayed shipping and poor quality (their masks are UNBREATHABLE! - you will die of suffocation if not Covid) have been extremely carefully worded in understanding one’s issues and assuring one of their best attention, but they NEVER actually address or attend to the problem at hand. STAY AWAY from this unprofessional scam organization!!!

Yo compré en marzo y tuve la misma mala experiencia durante 4 meses en la espera. Finalmente las recibí el 5 de julio pero realmente esperaba mejor calidad por el precio.
En cuanto a la atención pues si tuve respuestas por email todas las veces que escribí y me enviaron el número de seguimiento pero nunca supe por cuál compañía lo recibiría.
No se si el atraso se debió a que el Presidente de EU había detenido la llegada de barcos de algunos países según entiendo. De todos modos la calidad no es lo que esperaba lamentablemente.

I I ordered 5 masks n in Feb. Never arrived. They charge me 130 us dollars n stop communication now. I will report them. its criminal activities to steal

I think its clear that Leafyclover is a fraudulent company. I ordered four masks in March 2020. Never received them. I paid with Paypal so I finally got my refund.

Note even if they say your order shipped it still will not arrive.

Please can someone tell me where I can obtain a form to complain about this company. I ordered 4 face masks which I never received and they will not answer my emails. Many thanks.

This company is a scam I order 4 months ago and have not got my order. I tried to cancel the same day I made the order because after I made the order it said they were delayed and they responded a week later saying it’s to late.
I made a complaint with my bank as well as reporting to the state as fraudulent seller.

The online store is a scam. Do not purchase from this online website leafyclover.com. The products they sell are poor quality and it’s not worth the price. You can’t RETURN even the product is defective. For short no return and no refund, all sales are final. I don’t know if this website will still be operational for the next few months. They are on business just to rip you off

I bought 2 masks which were of terrible quality when you stretched them slightly as you would if you were to wear them the "air filter" just pops out of the plastic weave. Total junk I ask for a refund and they said no, What does their statement satisfaction guaranteed on their website actually mean ? I guess it means they will be totally satisfied to take your money without providing a good product. Very bad company, spread the word. I will also contact BBB.

I can’t believe the lack of empathy and ignorance this scam company has shown. I received the masks 3 months after my order and it’s cheap crap quality masks. What a joke! They wouldn’t refund either and now ad is completely removed. I hope you all rot in hell!!!

For anyone here who is filing a claim, I have screenshots of their initial ad. The one we all purchased from. The one that stated the mask had 5 layers of protection. They have since changed their ad. So this is the one you need for proof. Email me if you need a copy for your claim.

It's all been said here already. This company is criminal. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I have 2 disputes in with PayPal and I intend to contact the BBB if they do not refund my money.

I ordered 2 masks on 3/17/2020 and haven't received them yet. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Attorney General. You should do the same.

A total scam of a company. I don’t think they exist. This is a criminal operation.

Very bad company. Waited 3 months and when they came the mask are made of felt and poorly made. This is a criminal scam and should be reported to BBB and the police.

Ordered 3 face masks 3 months ago have tried several times I mean 10 times to get my money refunded company just send you a nice message saying that its not possible do yourself a favour do not buy anything from this company I have 6 messages saying preparing item for dispatch also same amount of messages saying dispatching item and royalmail saying waiting to receive item no item has ever appeared so save your money and a lot of hassle you can not trust this company this is a SCAM and exploiting customers fears they are scum.

This product arrived today after a 3 month wait. It appears to come from YanWen at 70 Gibson drive in Markham, Ontario. Company is e-based and that name doesn’t appear anywhere . check BBB for numerous complaints for fraud. These people should be charged. The 2 black masks are made out of sponge with a cheap plastic cap. Is that even safe? What a waste of time and money. No star rate given for these scammers. $58.00 down the toilet.
