Support is not friendly or supportive
Support is not friendly or supportive, support person seems like LeapSwitch is his father company, they behave non supportive and it seems like our money is growing on the true. Like once client order the server so support and all goes away in basic things.

I have orderd indian vps, But I got us IP vps and when I asked for replaccement you peoples says no replacement. pathetic service waste of money.

All our Mumbai, India VPSes are actually located in Mumbai, India. We have shown this via IPlocation websites and traceroutes/latency within India.
Unfortunately, there isn't any other way to show that the VPS is in Mumbai unless you come and visit us in the datacenter :)
