It is too late when I read other comments about his company. This bunch of people - the team, from the director to staff, are just like cons. I really doublt that those people who gave them 5 stars are fake comments. Hidden charges apply. Add add-ons on your package without your concent and charge more. When confronted they just delayed, and delayed, and never refunded you, after more than a year's chasing. Customer service is bad, auto reply with your issue is being dealt with, but the issues were never dealt with. In summary, this is not an ethical company. The so-called director Vivek Puri never replied your email once you subscribed or asking for support, or reporting an issue. a bunch of nasty people. You want to cancel your subscription? ha, not that easy.

This company has caused me hassles for years. I subscribed and then I canceled. They kept billing me. I have had to cancel and get new credit cards 3 times and they still find a way to bypass and bill me for 149.00. I never signed up for anything that costed that amount. I have sent emails, called, requested appointments that they never showed up to, communicated on What'sApp...with no resolution. They will respond sometimes in attempts to get me to subscribe to something else but when it is clear they won't get any more out of me, they stop responding.

i tried to use this platform for my teaching business but i really found it not to be any good. after a few years, i cancelled it and removed my credit card info. then they charged me for renewal. i wrote them THAT DAY to request a refund for the error. they wrote back telling me to delete my account if i did not intend to use the service, which i did. and then they did not refund me. so now i am out $200 and all my class content has been deleted meaning i CANNOT USE THE SERVICE THEY FORCED ME TO PAY FOR. i wrote back a hundred times and no response. i'm filing a complaint with the credit card company. really not cool.

One year later, I have been unable to use the platform because it's not possible to imbed videos in courses. They want you do buy extra storage from them. They give a whopping 500MB (yes, MB) and expect you to pay excessively for their storage.
Embedding videos from Vimeo (for example) is 'on the roadmap' but takes support over a week to reply.
I've tried contacting Vivek Puri by email and on LinkedIn but get no response.
I've written off the fees as a learning experience and hope that my bad experience will serve as a warning for others.
AVOID THEM.

I was with Learndesk for a year, did not sell anything. I don't necessarily blame this on the platform: it may be simply a disconnect between what I offer and their target market.
What really got me is that they renewed my subscription and charged my credit card without a warning and without sending me a receipt after.
After finding the charge on my statement, I tried to contact them, which is very difficult: they are not responsive and do everything possible to hide.
I disputed the charge through Visa, Learndesk put a lot of effort in fighting my claim, but eventually the case was closed in my favor.
Learndesk is a great example of how NOT to run a business.

It is a user-friendly platform. My users are very happy with its course presentation. I highly recommend LearnDesk platform to the instructors like me who want to teach online.

signed up with them in spring or early summer 2023 - in january 2024 our card for the monthly fee was compromised - had to get a new card and number - so that card would not work for the payment but we decided not to renew. reason is below.
i told them this. more than once.
today, on may 11, 2024, i am still getting emails from them telling me the old card payment was not successful in spite of telling them to remove the account entirely. I have point this out to them many times since.
what is annoying is asking them to fix this and getting no reply at all from them. they just ignore the ask.
we decided not to renew because the learning curve on the site was steep and their answer to every questions was "watch the video"
so, we spent the 400 bucks initially plus the monthly fees and got nothing usable from it.

LearnDesk is an amazing software solution for coaches like me. It has easily helped me with scheduling, reminders, and material sharing.
learndesk steals creator's content
Like most they 1st contacted me using the company name "tabletwise" (I guess they 1st gave video advice on taking medication then they became "learndesk" to offer tutorials on anything.
They told me the amount Id get for every one of my course "views", later I saw no deposits for views and they now said i need $100 worth of rotalities to get ANY payment. at $3 each that could take forever, so i told them to close my account and REMOVE my video.
months later, i still saw my video on their site, got a hold of someone by phone (not easy) and they assumed me they would remove it again (but had the excuse it may time time since there are 3rd parties also selling views - another surprise.
18 months later i STILL see it for sale and their price of my course is even higher than before (i sell actual DVDS for $20 less).
Im about to call a lawyer on this. They STEAL people's content (using and selling it without permission), and refuse to stop!
Deceptive practices, poor quality service
This company is intentionally deceptive. The cancellation email says "We have received and processed your deletion/subscription cancellation request" BUT they haven't. Later, there is a second action step. If you don't do it, they charge the $299 fee even after "processing" the cancellation. No response afterwards.
I cancelled bc customer service is abysmal. No phone or chat options. Only scheduling appointments to ask a question. An entrepreneur is too busy for that.
And all content is reviewed for SEVERAL business days before posting, which is a hindrance to creators with deadlines.
The UX is abysmal, with convoluted menus and lots of redundancy.

After you were on board and made the payment, when you questioned their ability to send traffic, the company started to get silent and ignored you.
When I joined the sales call, their sales representative mentioned the following key items that attracted me to sign up 1) Learn Desk can help me to get more traffic to my program as they have existing students and corporate clients. 2) LearnDesk support is available 24x7.
I decided to give it a try and was able to complete my workshop and publish it at the end Oct 2023.
I started to book calls on - 10 Nov - 20 Nov - 13 Dec - 27 Dec - 2 Jan 2024 and despite someone attending the call, no one was able to advise me about the global catalog or the marketing issues.
I was on a call with Learndesk support on 10 November 2023 and their support team suggested that I email the marketing team. She also mentioned the global catalog where Learndesk can publish my course and see how the traffic is. She will coordinate with the internal team to publish my course in the catalog. I also emailed the marketing team on 11 November 2023 and no one responded.
I waited and still saw no traffic going into my school. In between I booked 4 calls, I waited, and then on 2 January 2024, I booked another call and spoke to a customer support rep.
I then asked for the cancellation of my subscription and a refund of my previous subscription (about 3 months of USD75) as there was no support for me despite having booked numerous calls on the marketing inquiries and global catalog.
The customer support rep advised she will speak to the team and come back to me within the same day (which is supposed to be 2 January 2024) on the cancellation request and she will speak to the team about the refund issue.
NO RESPONSE from them. Despite following up numerous times, the company simply ignored you. Please stay away from this company.

They do not keep their agreements and are a bunch of dishonest scammers with no integrity or even plain honesty. Keep away from these low life's and save your money and time.
Misleading Business Practices
I bought a one-time fee program from Learndesk. In their initial onboarding they were responsive and the website claimed unlimited storage, but once I signed up I discovered that storage is unlimited WITH A FEE. I have tried for a year to figure out a workaround for storage of my files and class content. I have tried everything I can think of. Basically I paid several hundred dollars for a product/service I have never used. Vivek was responsive to emails UNTIL now when I asked if there was any way to get a refund despite how long it has been. I know it has been a year but I never used it and they do show a money-back guarantee with no time limit on their initial website (before you sign up). This product is basically useless for a video course or courses with any type of storage requirements unless you want to pay really high storage fees (more than sites like Google charge for the same space). Also, you can't get paid anything until you make $100 so if you don't have a big seller and it only makes $80 you'll never get any of it. I consider these to be misleading and bad business practices.
