Αγαπητέ κύριε Ρεσινιώτη σας ευχαριστούμε για την αγορά σας.
Το προϊόν όπως διαπιστώσατε, αποστέλλεται συσκευασμένο σε διάφανη προστατευτική συσκευασία και είναι πάντα τυλιγμένο σε bubble wrap ώστε να αποφευχθεί τυχόν διαρροή ή ζημιά του μπουκαλιού.
Αν παρόλα αυτά κάποιο ατύχημα συμβεί κατά την μεταφορά του προφανώς και δεν είναι ηθελημένο αλλά ούτε και δική μας ευθύνη καθώς η διανομή γίνεται όπως αναγράφεται στο site από courier εταιρείες.
Ωστόσο, αν είχατε επικοινωνήσει μαζί μας για το πρόβλημα το οποίο αντιμετωπίσατε, σίγουρα θα προχωρούσαμε σε αντικατάσταση του. Περιττεύει να αναφέρουμε ότι επ ουδενί δεν γίνεται αποστολή ελαττωματικών συσκευασιών και όπως μπορείτε να διαπιστώσετε και από άλλες αξιολογήσεις, σαν εταιρεία δεν αντιμετωπίζουμε γενικά παράπονα και σεβόμαστε τους πελάτες μας.
Θα σας προτρέπαμε να επικοινωνήσετε μαζί μας για την επίλυση του θέματος σας και να επανεξετάσετε την βαθμολογία σας η οποία δεν αφορά ούτε την ποιότητα του προϊόντος αλλά ούτε και τις υπηρεσίες μας.
Σας ευχόμαστε καλή συνέχεια και παραμένουμε στην διάθεση σας.
