Boy do i regret using giffgaff
What a ripoff company!

I forgot to top up my account, so my contract was put on hold, and ggaff then switched me to pay-as-you-go...which for them is where they clearly make lots of money from
People like me !
When I topped up my account with £20 & made 1 call ..Ggaff stopped my service? ..the £20 had gone on 1 call????
I had no service ...topped up with another £15 and same thing happened again ???
Also the gg service is terrible ..I couldnt get get stable wifi anywhere ???

I am now on O 2 at circa £10 a month
Full 5 G service & full wifi everywhere !
No more rip offs !

The lesson is..Giff gaff is a 'chatline' business ..in my experience it doesnt work in favour of the customet as my guess is the business model is that most of us get miffed at being ripped off ..dont get our money back fron giffgaff ..,and wr go elsewhere ...in the meantime gg have ripped off tens..maybe hundreds of thousands of us at £50,£100 plus a pop !

Lesson learned..avoid chatline phone providers like giffgaff & use proper netwirks where you can still actually speak with someone !

I ordered a trellis from B&M Merry…

I ordered a trellis from B&M Merry Hill. I paid for delivery and when the delivery man turned up, he said I did not pay. So if I did not pay then why would my address be down on his sheet for delivery and why would he turn up at my address with my trellis.
I did pay separately for delivery to the supervisor, so it did not show on my till receipt that I paid for delivery.
I would not recommend to any of my friends and I definitely not shop there again.
I'm thinking of putting in a complaint.

I signed up with them on May 5, 2025

I signed up with them on May, 5, 2025. At which time I gave them a $750.00 down payment. Half of the total price. then the remainder on May 19, 2025. Now I can no longer reach them, as the phone number that is listed on their site, which by the way is the one that is listed on this site, dose not work, all you got last week was a recording that said that your call could not be competed as dialed.
But as of this morning, the following is what you get now. "1-800-871-7426 FREESWITCH_HA11 no route to destination"
They have $1500.00 Bucks of my money, and I can't even get a hold of them!!!!

Be adware of NUMAN

Last month I bought some tablet from NUMAN I told them that their products don’t work and are rubbish only to find out they charged me £60 to sent me more products that I never asked for and I put them straight in the bin, be advised people dealing with numen as the products don’t work and even after telling them, they will still send you products and keep charging you.

Absolute bargain

The decking sent was cheap as was described as lower quality due to possible splinters etc. However the quality was not that bad at all and is more than suitable for raised beds etc. Absolute bargain .
The delivery guy went above and beyond to deliver the timber to my door. Long and awkward path!

Matt Gange heating and gas engineers of…

Matt Gange heating and gas engineers of stockton on tees at the business centre in the town. I need a new boiler due to the fact that stockton council and HVE messed it up, but yes it was 17 years old, so we had its life. HOWEVER, Matt was given to me by Worchester Bosch as i live in stockton and being a retired high professional myself i need some one the same. Matt contacted us and could not have been nicer over the phone, he reassured us that HE WOULD solve all the problems and take over totally. AND HE DID and we had TYLER and his young mate out BOTH were excellent in their total approach and spoke highly of MATT as the boss! They stayed most of day due to getting the new boiler in the right position in the kitchen and stayed with the job and its idiosickracies (not spelt rgiht sorry) but by the time it was finished WOW well done lads and MATT YOU ARE FROM NOW AND EVER OUR GAS MEN and highly recommended to anyone. e.g. look after the customer and the customer looks after you is my moto in live and this is what MATT does and his workers. e.g. i am not technically minded, so when i saw the dials and thermstat i thought !!!! but Tyler and his mate (sorry i did not get his name) showed me repeatedly how simple they are and took me through them repeatedly not a problem said TYLER any time you need us ask for me tyler and I WLL COME straight out or even Matt will NOT A PROBLEM WE WILL look after you any time AND WE service gas fires............brilliant tyler as we have one WHAT WE looked for was a human being professional and we eventually found one and he is in the business centre stockton on tees WELL DONE MATT youare our mate and friend for ever. my contact number is with you Matt so i wont put it on here. let me know if you get this please: review for matt grange heating and gas etc engineer of stockton on tees.

Bad customer services

I went into my metro bank branch on Saturday morning to get some help with my mobile metro app. I spoke to one of the bank tellers about my problem and she instructed me to sit and wait for someone to help me. I was waiting a good ten minutes, but whilst I was waiting I noticed that I was being completely forgotten about as their were customers just walking in and going straight to two of the staff that was sitting down on their PCs for inquiries and at one point a gentleman actually came in and sat at the desk where I was meant to be getting help and was there for a good five minutes. By this time I was very angry as I was completely forgotten about. I stood up and asked what was going on and that I was meant to be seen. I didn't receive any apology and eventually when I did get help I was told there was nothing they could do to help me as it was to with my mobile app that had locked me out of my account. She didn't help me to set it up again but texted me a magic word. I'm still having issues and have to go yet again for help today Monday but I am going to a different branch. Never am I stepping back into the Uxbridge branch again. Also I am going to close my account down and go to Lloyds Bank which I've been told is a much better bank with excellent customer services.

Company trading as Norelie, possibly hiding behind the name LEAVE. Warning, don't give Norelie your email address!

The pain that you currently suffer throughout your body will be nothing to the pain that so-called 'Norelie' will hit you with if once you deal with them, thus providing your email address. In my experience their products are hugely overpriced and one item ordered to encourage circulation didn't work, let alone provide any relief. They replaced it without any hassle (the replacement didn't work either) but why was that I wonder? Was it because they knew it was a rubbish product and wanted me to try their 'latest model' which they said was better? It didn't work either. A knee support similarly didn't provide the claimed relief. Anyway, I decided not to purchase anything more from Norelie. Then the emails started to arrive thick and fast. I hit the 'Unsubscribe' button on their website, but it didn't work either. I have written to them many times (getting abusive also, but they are very thick skinned) telling them about the unsubscribe button not working on the website, plus the fact that I no longer wanted their email marketing, but still they arrive. This has been going on for many months, the last email recieved 5/5/25 but still they won't stop sending emails. Now, because I have told them to stop sending emails they become 'unsolicited' and therefore Norelie are acting illegally. I have threatened them with action and a review here on TrustPilot which usually does the trick, along with reporting them to Google in an attempt to get their website removed. So, there you go Norelie a bit of free advertising for you. To the public I say don't deal with these people, they really are a nusiance company and want only one thing, your money! In my experience Norelie is another rubbish company. So as to avoid confusion this Company is trading from: Veenkampen 1, Vries, Drenthe, 9481 CC, Netherlands
Not sure what the name 'LEAVE' has to do with Norelie, but it was a check box under my initial review, that I thought would result in me getting a response from the owners. We shall see....

Shame

I could not find a way to give a billing address from the delivery address so my goddaughter got the bill as well as the gift. I do not know if the product was ok since it was a gift but they put the wrong card in so she had to contact me to ask if the gift was from me. And I cannot find a way to complain other than spending hours on a phone - impossible to email. I would not mind but this is meant to be a reputable company so you expect a certain standard - don’t

JASMINE of Sports Edit saved the day !!

I bought some underwear from The Sports Edit in May 2024. It didn't fit so I returned it. For the refund I was offered all of my money back - £72 - or a gift card for £80. Foolishly I opted for the latter. I was told to make an order & £80 would be deducted from it. However, hard as I tried, I could not get the £80 deduction to appear on my screen. I emailed, asking for a refund instead. Nothing doing. Time lapsed when I was poorly. Then JASMINE appeared on the scene. How she did it I do not know, but quite soon after contacting Sports Edit and emailing JASMINE the money appeared in my account. Wonderful. I am very grateful to her for her intervention. Every business should have a JASMINE !!

PRINTERVAl !!!!!!!!!!

I’ve already left a review for this company. Unfortunately. They Ileft a reply to it informing me that I could get a refund for the items that I was discussing, but they still haven’t addressed this situation and sent me the the refund back to my PayPal account. I will not be buying from them again. They are rubbish company to deal with. There are no people you can talk to it’s just automated answering all the time as previous review shows. Reba Woolsey

Hidden black ice rescue

We were stuck on an enclosed lane due to ice on the road, we were truly stuck. Initially the police were called and we received a visit from John from the 4x4 car and mountain team who rescued us without any fuss you really were brilliant John long live the association who managed to guide us from the spot we were in. I went on the Temu site and picked six…

I went on the Temu site and picked six free? gifts. I referred several contacts like they asked. It was a long process and I had about five cents to finish the gifting.
The Temu site went blank abd customer service at Temu offered no help.
Whatever you do do not do what they ask of you to get anything free. You will waste a lot of time and your contacts will be harrassed.
