I want to tell you about my experience with Led Grow Lights depot.
I live in Europe (Spain), and I had to change my old bridgelux diy cob lamps vero 29 for the new Spider farmer Se 3000.
After comparing prices in both Europe and the United States and reading many store reviews, I chose Led Grow Lights depot, which has been a great success.
I have been in continuous communication with Erik, including in the shipment, transportation insurance. The transport company also scored it a 10, updating the status of the shipment (I even had to change my delivery address without any problems) and having the lamp in my house in record time.
My experience has been totally satisfactory at all levels, both for price and service.
I only have words of thanks for Erik and the veterans 🙏🏻🙏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I recommend this store and will definitely turn to it again.

Enttäuschender Shop und inkompatibler Hersteller – nicht zu empfehlen

Ich habe leider sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit diesem Grow-Lampen-Shop gemacht. Der Händler ist nicht an die EU-Richtlinien zur uneingeschränkten Rückgabe gebunden, was für mich als Verbraucher ein echtes Problem darstellt. Einmal gekauft, gibt es faktisch keine Rückgabeoption – selbst wenn die Ware unbenutzt ist oder nicht den Erwartungen entspricht. Das ist absolut kundenunfreundlich und entspricht nicht dem Standard, den man heutzutage erwarten kann.

Zudem war die gelieferte Lampe von einem Hersteller Migro , der sich offenbar nicht an gängige Industriestandards hält. Konkret: Die Lampeservie ARRAY ist nicht mit herkömmlichen 10V-Dimm-Controllern kompatibel (Vivosun), was bei den meisten Marken wie ViparSpectra oder sogar günstigen Herstellern wie YXO längst Standard ist. Das macht die Integration in bestehende Setups nahezu unmöglich und zeigt, dass hier am Bedarf der Nutzer vorbeientwickelt wurde.

Insgesamt wirkt das Produkt unausgereift und der Kundenservice enttäuschend. Ich würde sowohl vom Shop als auch vom Lampenhersteller dringend abraten – es gibt deutlich bessere Alternativen auf dem Markt, die kundenfreundlicher und technisch durchdachter sind.

Disappointing Shop and Incompatible Manufacturer – Not Recommended

Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with this grow light shop. The seller is not bound by EU regulations regarding unconditional returns, which is a major issue for consumers. Once you've made a purchase, there’s practically no option for returning the item—even if it’s unused or doesn’t meet expectations. This is completely customer-unfriendly and far below the standard one should expect today.

Additionally, the lamp I received came from a manufacturer Migro that clearly does not follow industry standards. Specifically, the lamp series ARRAY is not compatible with standard 10V controllers (Vivosun), unlike most reputable brands such as ViparSpectra or even budget manufacturers like YXO. This makes integration into existing setups nearly impossible and shows a clear disconnect from actual user needs.

Overall, the product feels underdeveloped and the customer service was disappointing. I strongly advise against both the shop and the lamp manufacturer—there are far better alternatives on the market that are more customer-oriented and technically sound.

I have ordered multiple times from ledgrowlightdepot, and every time was a very easy transaction. Always eager to answer questions and always been very responsive to issues.
Highly recommend.

Great price/Easy to assemnle,plants love the lighting

Ordered AC infinity gear - one humidifier preorder, one gen 2 fan. AC infinity was late on both shipments which made me nervous but Erik was extremely responsive to every email, even when I annoyed him. Great business! All items delivered 😁
