I have owned my headtorch H7R Core model for around 5 years, it has had heavy use and has really been tested to the max, but it recently broke when using the lens attachments which I had purchased from their website. I got in touch with them and because I had registered my product when I bought it they were able to help me with a replacement headtorch under the 7 year warranty. Great customer service and I spoke with Faiza who was fantastic and was able to assist me. I use my head torch a lot for work so the quick turn around means it has minimal impact for me.

I got a replacement H8R rechargeable headlight under warranty by simply mailing to make contact and returning the faulty one. Although the first replacement did not get to me for some reason, which I expect was not the company's fault but some issue that the courier experienced, the second one reached me within a few days. Excellent result and super timely responses to mail communication everytime.

Amazing customer service. I needed help identify the correct spare part I needed. I emailed and received an answer within 2 hours. Ordered the part and it was delivered the following day. Brilliant.

Purchased an inspection light online almost 2 years ago that I use daily. The item unfortunately failed, I reported the issue to customer service. Given the heavy use and length of time I had the item I was pleasantly surprised to find that LED lenser offered to replace the item under warranty.

I got in touch with a warranty issue very close to the end of the generous warranty period on an unregistered torch. Faiza and the team were courteous and efficient at dealing with my request and I'm very pleased with the outcome (a brand new like-for-like replacement).

(I upgraded) and their products are of extremely high quality. Confidently assured with a 7 year warranty.
I Can also confirm the company truly cares about their customers. I recently had cause to contact the customer support team (truly kind & caring staff) and the lady I spoke to went way above the call of duty to help me.
The products suit all needs and budgets and their professionalism and customer care is second to none.
For peace of mind you can trust Ledlenser and their staff. You can speak to a human being and always get the same person again if required (I did).
Customer care and a companies after care is important to me - ledlenser score a perfect 10.

I contacted (e-mail) Customer Support about battery information for a 15 year old H7R head torch. Within 40 minutes I had a response with the info I required and some useful tips. Thank you Faiza for your prompt service, particularly as this was Lunchtime for most companies (12:50 to 13:30 email sent and response time).

Speedy response on returning my torch for repair which resulted in a new replacement instead Excellent customer care and support from Faiza.

I inquired about a replacement lens due to accidental damage and through their support, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a completely new headlamp! I had a small issue with a broken replacement HR2 battery box cover which I purchased in May 2025.
I emailed LedLenser with the invoice and a photo of the cover showing the broken part and received a very swift and satisfactory response from Faiza. The result being a new cover being sent to me in the post today free of charge.

Got back to me in less than 24 hours with a helpful fix. Only negative is that I had to submit a second ticket on their UK portal after entering one in their general portal.
