Very easy to use and order. Descriptions are extremley helpful. A fellow firefighter told me about your site and I'm very glad she did and bought my light on the first visit. I have been shopping for a decent priced small emergency light and for a while So thanks for making it a a very pleasant experience.

Sold me a defective light bar. It was bad right out of the box. Shorted internally and sending full power to the housing. Only thing they'll do is make ME pay the return shipping so they can maybe repair it. Why should I pay to return something that was bad when I got it???

I started my own Traffic Control Company after 12 years in the business and this appeared to be another option for LED caution light. I ordered product and didnt receive the control panel that was suppose to come with it. Upon contacting customer service, I spoke with a gentleman who claims to be one of the managers and he advised he would send out the control panel. Upon receiving the control panel, it was the wrong one. I called and spoke with the same rude, arrogant individual who advise they were out of that control panel so they sent me different kind that I ordered. I advised i wanted the product i ordered and he advised he didnt know when they would get anymore of the control panels in. I waited for a month and never received my original order. when i then attempted to return my complete order since i haven't received what i ordered, the arrogant gentleman told me i couldnt because it was past the 14 day return policy. I will never do business with this company completely based on the poor customer service skills and rude attitude of the so called manager.

Sincere runaround with this company, if you can't supply a product for a customer just say you don't have it. Don't try to suggest another product just to make a sale. That other product may not work out. Ordered April 28th. I had to send product back because of sizing issues today is May 20th and I still have not received my refund on this product that I immediately returned after I found out fitting would not work
I called today customer service short tempered wanted another copy of shipping number by email and said it would be another couple days for my refund. The worst thing about it USPS confirmed it was delivered. I don't think I will buy or refer anyone to buy from LED Outfitters again.

Efficient, helpful and honest. I will be buying all my light accessories from you guys.

Order one item just over a week ago. They took my money. When I managed to get in contact with someone they say it's shipped but I can't get a tracking number. Emails are few and far between. Phone calls are for short and rude. I expected for my shipment to take a little longer then normal but I should be able to track it. So atleast I know I'm not being ripped off like I'm starting to believe I am.

Worst experience ever the level of incompetence with this business is unbelievable! I would rather contact COVID-19, 20, and 21 then ever do business with these low quality scam artists again. We ordered lights for our whole fleet not a single one of them worked. we took pictures to send to them. Then they requested we send the lights back to them. Now we have no product and they won’t refund our $1,300 we spent on their bogus products. We are going on 1 YEAR OF DEALING WITH THEM. The only thing worse than there product is there customer service! NEVER ORDER FROM THESE Degenerates!!! Worst experience I have EVER had with any company!

I had my visor light within the same week I ordered it. I received it plug and play, with red and white just the way I wanted it. No modules out, every light working. Love this business!! Only issue is I didn't get the "free light" as advertised when placing my order. I would have loved some grille lights. I would highly recommend this business, and I will be a return customer for my volunteer firefighter lighting needs. Thank you LED Outfitters!!

Horrible Customer Service. I was in the process of placing an order, when I went to check out. My bank flagged it as a suspicious charge. I wanted to do more research, and in the process changed my mind about the direction I wanted to go. I never confirmed the order or reattempted the order. I was charged and it was shipped. I never received an email stating I had even purchased anything. After seeing it on my bank statement. I was informed by my bank, the only way this could happen is if their system reprocessed the order. The CS Rep even admitted it was the same order. Refused to send an RMA or shipping label for the product that was not ordered.

My experience with LED Outfitters has been awesome. Every light that I have purchased works well and is very bright. Any time that I had an issue with a product (which wasn’t often), I was able to get a replacement or an exchange without any hassle. I recommend LED Outfitters because their customer service is good and their products are great.

was looking for a 40" light bar, led outfitters looked good, the problem was the lack of specifications on the light bars and what was included with the light bar.Tried the chat feature but the specs or info on what is supplied with the light was the not available. I could call if I wanted more info. Ill close my eyes and hope for the best!

Don't wast your money bought two LED light bars 3 months later only half of them work they keep blowing me off won't replace them

Not helpful. Don’t respond. Product does not work as described. Customer service acts like we are bothering them when calling for help with products that don’t work. Always want pictures, but nothing ever gets resolved. Never return phone calls or emails. Never buying from this company again.

Bought a $600 light bar 2 months ago. While driving the light bar blew off and ripped the screws out of my truck. Installed the light exactly per enclosed instructions. Called customer service and spoke with a rude and very unhelpful representative who said I didn't install correctly and good luck. I've installed several light bars with no issues at all. He assured me there's no possible way the mounting brackets could have been defective.

Selecting the free T-shirt didn't give me an option to change the size or to get it with out buying it.

Keep getting crap lights and I’ve sent multiple emails to get them replaced and can’t get even get a reply

I ordered a LED light from LED Outfitters. I'm amazed how it produces stunning lights despite its size! I like the mounting choices, this light can go more than 1 put and could be coordinated with another unit somewhere else on the vehicle. The light functions well!

The LED light bar I purchased from LED Outfitters is super crisp and mind-blowing and visible even in the daytime! The red/blue combo is clear and the flashers are too. You guys left me in awe of this stunning lights I bought! LED Outfitters has awesome lighting specialists too, they answered every query I asks.

LED Outfitters has an astonishing collection of LEDs lights. Ordered one for my truck and the delivery was too fast! The mounting system is very easy to understand. Their after sales support is awesome, the best lighting store I’ve ever done business with. You deserve the title for being the number 1 source of emergency lighting!
