I contacted Mohammed to order a light for my garden and he was very helpful and the light was delivered the next day in perfect working order.

Purchased a replacement remote control from LED Switch, which arrived within a couple of days 😀 I phoned Mo Hanslod for instructions how to setup, Mo took responsibility and sent over the document, I was back up and running within minutes — THANK YOU for your support 👍

Purchased an outdoor LED floodlight from LED Switchover, a few weeks post installation the integral PIR started malfunctioning.After contacting Mo Hanslod he sent me a replacement floodlight immediately.The replacement floodlight has been installed and thus far no further problems.Super customer service from Mo.I would not hesitate in recommending LED Switchover.

Saw an ANDA exterior wall light in Dobbies that we liked, did a bit of internet browsing and found it for almost half the price at LED Switchover!
Easy to order, though could have done with a bit of delivery feedback. Nevertheless, it arrived safely and was packed well.
Definitely check their website before ordering from anywhere else!

Ordered 2 Lutec outside lights.
Phoned as it was almost a week and lights.
I was told there was a delay in the delivery of them and were due in the following day and would be dispatched straight away.
Initial reaction is heard this stuff before but true to his word I received them promptly.
Only disappointment for me was that one light didn't work properly.
I was in 2 minds whether to send back or attempt a fix.
As a retired electrician I opened the unit and discovered an output wire loose from the led driver unit.
Reconnected and working OK now.
I don't blame the vendor for this as its a Lutec quality problem.
Million dollar question, would i use again - Yes.

Ordered security lighting delivered on time good product would definitely use again

Excellent customer care. Very friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to help me when I ordered some external lights. Even though there was an oversight on my order the way they responded to this and sorted the issue immediately was excellent. Mistakes happen but it’s the way they are dealt with that is important and I was impressed.
