Terrible black friday experience
I finally found some awesome coveralls for a decent price, and Lee also claims to have a black friday promo for 25% off. Everything I tried with the promo code said not applied but wouldn't say why. I couldn't find any information on exclusions, and I attempted to chat support, but the chat support is a bot that has literally zero learning capabilities because it just keep serving up a menu that didn't even have my question on it. At the end I attempted to reach an agent, and after all that it said no agents available. Garbage. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service - even though I was disappointed to be unable to get the pair of jeans in the fit/color I was seeking, the customer service was awesome. I was able to return the ill-fitting pair free of charge, and got credited back in a timely manner. I took clear photos, showing them that two pairs of the same size were dramatically different in length and leg-width. One made in Egypt, one made in Mexico. The ones made in Mexico fit PERFECTLY, the same size from the Egyptian factory were 2 inches shorter, and so tight in the legs I couldn't even pull them up. So weird.
