Found what I was looking for at a very competitive price, I added a note for it to be delivered a day later than scheduled as I wouldn't be in & it arrived as requested with good communication. Will definitely use again in the future.

I needed a bike to go to work. I looked at many sites, read a lot of information and customer reviews, until I found out exactly what would suit my requirements. I chose the Hitway BK2. The price was lower than other sites and paying with Klarna allowed me to split it into three interest free installments.
The bike arrived after three working days from the order date. While I was at work, my son put it together, finding an instruction on Youtube for convenience.
I'm not a good cyclist, but I'm fine with this bike. I am happy with the purchase and glad I came across these sellers. I would only advise LeEco-Riders to notify their buyers of parcel dispatch and estimated arrival day. I was just lucky that my son had the day off and was home.
And I would tell future buyers to carefully read the entire text of the description of the product they want to buy and to use it correctly so that there are no unnecessary headaches later.
Competitive prices, possibility of deferred payment, fast delivery. I have no hesitation in recommending to everyone. Good luck to the team.

Ordered bike on Sunday . Received instant confirmation.Tuesday received tracking number . Wednesday received bike . Bike arrived well packed with only very slight damage were a piece of padding had slipped out of place (just a small area of paint chipping ) very happy with the bike (Fiido d4s) and will and have recommended leeco-riders to everyone that after riding my bike has shown interest in buying one .

Ordered my bike on Friday and was here Wednesday all in perfect condition very good service would buy again

Sent my scooter in for a repair they said it was unfixable which it clearly was I received the scooter back today with more damage than it had before. Snapped suspension and handle bars don’t stay up. I informed them of the issue and they didn’t seem to care just put a (face palm emoji). Also deliver courier advices me to complain as scooter was poorly packaged and look like it was just chucked around.

Great experience over all no corners cut on customer service both Lee and the delivery driver apologies mate I've forgotten your name both were very pleasant to me.

I purchased the Fat LeEcotric Full Carbon frame I weigh 16st so not the lights fella by all means and I've had 32mph on the straight. To be honest it not as fast as my Frey ex pro but it seems to feel like a smother ride all in all even though the 4.8 whoopers of tires sound pretty grunty when ridden on the road but it's all apart of the great experience of riding, this bike has KK⚡E inverted forks and a DNM rear shock both seem to work as they should also this bike pas has torque sensing eco mode and sport mode also thumb throttle 17.5ah battery nicely built into the frame

Its not a grip because im left and it seemed like second nature to me to adapt to the breaks being on opposite sides of the handlebars.
It would have been nice to have a see a seat dropper post something and a kick i will have to look into this as it's a full carbon frame. So i score this bike 9 out 10 for the over all experience and taking everything into consideration, No seat dropper post no kick stand and the breaks being the opposite way round which may or may not confuse some people.

Good customer service, and very happy with my scooter.

Happy with the level of service received from Leeco riders. Had an issue with my bike on delivery with a damaged part, I was immediately directed to the supplier and the part was sent in the post taking almost 3 weeks to arrive. At this point I repaired the bike myself in about 1hr and off I went.

A Good family run business. Would recommend. Good communication.

This skateboard is absolutely amazing. Pros are it gives a lot of fun, easy to use and quite easy to learn (I had never skated before in my life and I can now turn 😀)

The cons are: it is heavy, battery cannot be removed, battery charge could show more bars so that we know whether it can perform the distance left to reach home

And 20km is a lot but since there are barely any indicators telling how far we are then the range is much different.

Now, I have realised the board is different than most and most accessories do not fit unless you are diy. Much of a pity I think.

Item arrived well packaged and as expected, order processing time was abit long but well worth the wait.

Purchasing the item was straight forward. Once purchased. There was no communication of when the parcel had been dispatched or a tracking number. I had to email to ask for this information. Some feed back from the company would be good in the future. Item did arrive eventually. Much appreciated.
