We ordered our king size Leesa mattresses on line in October 2019.
All correspondence was informative and our mattresses arrived on the day advised without any issues.
Once unwrapped, it took only a few minutes for it to reach its correct size. The mattresses gives me a wonderful restful night's sleep.
The only issue was the smell once it arrived, but that soon faded.
I am very pleased we bought this mattress and would definitely recommend it.

I honestly didn't know how much a good mattress would have the capacity to transform my life. From the very first night our Leesa mattress was transformational; no aches or pains on waking was a revelation!
I now look forward to climbing into bed and know that I will sleep comfortably and soundly and wake refreshed. I thoroughly recommend this product.

Quick delivery, and amazingly comfy! Way better than our previous spring mattress!

It is true the quality of sleep has improved for both, my wife and I. I would recommend Leesa mattress

I've had this mattress just over three years - for the first two and a half it was really comfortable. In recent months it's lost all support in the middle of the mattress so you find yourself rolling into it.

Contacted Leesa support who arranged to send out an 'independent' inspector.

His report stated that it was just natural softening of the mattress and was well within tolerance, and the slats on the bed were too far apart (when he visited he said the recommendation was no more than 75mm and mine were 80 - I don't remember being told this when I bought it and I'm not convinced 5mm would have made any difference).

So if rolling into the middle of the bed is well within tolerance then I'd question what the point of the warranty is.

This was my first Leesa mattress and it's going to be the last.

Thank you Leesa for your reply, unfortunately the mattress was consigned to the skip several weeks ago. Perhaps making the information about bases very clear when purchasing instead of burying them on page 2 of FAQ's that can only be located by scrolling all the way to the bottom of your website would be helpful for those who purchase in future.

We bought a super king leesa mattress in October 2017 - at the time it was so comfortable and we were delighted

However its started to sag badly at my husbands side - as in it is now super soft & saggy and no longer supportive.

I got in touch (customer service guy was lovely! - cannot fault how friendly & helpful he was).

But have just found out that the mattress is not suitable for a slatted bed base - hence the issue we now have. - no doubt this is in the terms or similar - its just I must have missed this when i purchased.

I was advised we could buy some plywood to fix his side (but this might cause issues later on as they may say if we have another issue with the mattress that its down to an uneven bed base etc)

My side is brilliant - but as my husband is heavier than me - his side is terrible.

It was an expensive mattress to buy - so its rubbish it is has not lasted at all for us - so just a heads up - if you are looking to purchase and you do have a slated bed base - you are better looking for another mattress

Hello - Our slats are about 2 cms apart - so the fact that some a tiny amount of spacing would cause half of a mattress to sag is pretty poor.

And its weird its only done this at one side as well? - especially if its to do with our bed base...

The customer service guy was lovely - could not fault his responsive or help in anyway - but just unsure why you have replied months later to my review? - Lessa aren't going to do anything about this - and as you state its down to our slatted base - which I had no idea was not suitable for your mattress when I purchased from you.

Excellent service and Mattress is fabulous

We purchased a Leesa Super king mattress in July 2016 and initially found it very comfortable. Had I written a review then, it would have probably been very positive. That was 3.5 years ago. Unfortunately, the structure of the foam mattress softens over time where it is slept on, and for the last 6 months by the middle of the night you find yourself sleeping in a sort of hammock shaped hole. I weigh 11 stone and my wife 10 stone. I've read the small print of the 10 year warranty but because it springs back to a flat surface when you get up, I'm fairly certain it would not be covered. It cost £690 at the time and this does not make it a cheap option. We've now ordered a tried and tested conventional pocket sprung mattress with memory top as these foam type don't seem to last long enough for the money.

Love it! None of the uncomfortable few nights when you first get used to a new mattress. Good support for side and back sleepers yet moulds to your body making it so comfy. No movement when partner turns over. The best mattress i have ever bought. Worth every penny.

Only been using mattress a couple of nights ( sat in its box for a couple of months) and so far so good, much better than my old conventional mattress. Note, you have to wait a good 12 hours before
mattress conforms to shape, wouldn’t fit in my bed frame initially.
But yes quite impressed.

Very quick delivery & wonderfully comfortable mattress.

I have suffered for years from a sore back - at its worst when I get up in the morning. After spending a couple of weeks staying with friends I realised my back pain had all but disappeared, so I noted the brand of the mattress I had been sleeping on and when I got home I searched for it on the internet - only to discover it was no longer in production. So after some further research I settled on the Leesa, but I'm sorry to say it hasn't helped my back pain at all. I'm once more getting up in the morning in pain! Sorry to be negative as I'm sure the mattress works well for others, just not for me.

Mattress is very comfortable, service was great

Quite honestly the best mattress I’ve ever slept on. My husband and I bought it largely due to the 100 day return policy which offset the cost in our minds. It’s reassuring. After a week ( or less) we knew we had got the best. I’m a years long insomniac and I get up at least 6 x a night. Husband falls asleep easily but wakes up easily too- not a good combo. I spent more on the mattress than the bed- we actually slept on the Leesa mattress on the floor for 5 days until the bed frame from another company was delivered. Yes- the frame made the mattress even better. We live this mattress. Absolutely. The other person doesn’t feel you move, it hugs your contours, is firm but still feels like sinking into a nest of clouds. 💯 recommended.The company also has a really great community support ethos- so you feel good too! Worth every penny. It’s the last thing you lay on at night and what you wake up to in the morning- you’re worth it. It a Leeds mattress - in my ( and husbands ) opinion; it’s absolutely wonderful. And inexpensive when you work out how many nights of comfy sleep you get. Thanks Leesa- literally changed my whole mood having this mattress.

Very comfy, wish it was little bit softer, but overall no complaints.

We have had our new mattress almost a hundred days and we are very pleased with it. Your assembly instructions were very clear and, as advised, we waited a couple of days for the mattress to settle. No, we will not be seeking to return it. Thank you for allowing us the trial period.
