There are quite a lot of furniture companies around but most offer budget products and are staffed by slick sales people who typically don't know their product and just hussle for their commissions.
My wife and I have visited Lees many times and I have previously posted 5 star reviews about their excellent staff and quality products.
We are now purchasing more furniture and as expected the service we receive is out of this world. Nothing is a problem to them; they help with selecting the right product, in the right size and colours. They will move the showroom displays to create a virtual view of your own rooms. We have dealt with Mark in bedroom and Tim in living room furniture. They are both one in a million.
There aren't enough superlatives to do them justice.
Do we recommend Lees of Grimsby - what do you think.

From entering the showroom through to delivery the standard of service from Lees was exemplary. Mark Sutherland certainly went the extra mile to source the products that I requested and fulfilled my order at a very competitive price. Nothing was too much trouble. The delivery men were great and I am so pleased with the quality of my bedroom furniture. Thank you to Lees for an exceptional customer experience. Great staff, wonderful products and 100% customer focused.

Cheaper buying table and chairs from Lees than locally, even with delivery charge. They stored it for us for a couple of months while our house purchase went through. Delivery fine, although assembly screws missing they got manufacturer to send them first class and followed up with phone call the next day. Great, good old fashioned service. Particular thanks to both Tim’s!

A great customer experience, Special thanks to Graham and Ellis for their patience working around our contractors ever changing completion dates during the year long refurbishment of our house following a burst pipe flood. Also to George and John for the first class job they did of laying the Amtico flooring along with the guys and girls in the Carpet and curtains departments who also gave us excellent support and service. Lee’s Furnishers, are a Family Business, whom we have the greatest of trust in.
We have purchased Sofas from Lee’s, and the service was excellent, and we have just had a Amtico Floor fitted.
The staff at the showroom are all very professional, polite and friendly.
A special mention to George & John, who fitted the floor, no stone was left unturned, in pursuit of a perfect job, and complete customer satisfaction.
We would 100% recommend Lee’s to friends and family.

I think the Lees vans carry the slogan 'Furnishers of Distinction' and that was absolutely our experience in purchasing carpets for three large rooms. The planning, preparation and fitting was first class in every aspect. Mark, Paul and Martin carried out the sealant work and the fitting, and did so with the utmost professionalism. It's a pleasure to see craftsmen take such a pride in working on our home, and the pride and appreciation they have for their employer is rare to see these days. Martin even gave me a tip to use a local supplier for binding a piece of 'offcut', and the service there was just as good. I can't praise these people and this firm highly enough.

Having visited all the major high street furniture stores I have to say that Lees of Grimsby proved to be a breath of fresh air.
From the initial visit to the final decision to buy was a pleasant and relaxing experience.
There was no pressure from the sales team. Every help to choose was provided - the fabric swatch book was available to take home.
Tim's advice was welcome and important to our decision making.
The little extra touches made for an overall relaxing and easy transaction.
