Purchased a 49ers rug for my husband & when it came after waiting nearly 3 weeks it was a MAT not a Rug!False advertisement my Husband is really upset;I want a Refund ASAP!!!
They went above and beyond in my order. They met all of my expectations when I was designing this rug. It came out so great! I would recommend this company to anyone in the future

It’s possible that your order was made with our Polyester material, which has a softer, foam-like texture and is better suited for certain decorative styles. Our Premium Velvet option provides a more substantial and rug-like feel.

Good selection of custom products. Mine came with a problem, but they were quick to issue a full refund.

The "rug" was actually foam. Foam folded into a tiny square in ultra tight packaging. After opening, there were several cracks and permanent wrinkles in the foam "rug". This company is terrible. Useless product

I paid for expedited (6 to 10) day shipping and have not received anything yet. It has been over 15 days since the order and have gotten no updates or response from customer service. Tracking shows it is not even in the US yet.I will be disputing charges if the order does not arrive this week.
