Review of my Experience
The company created hurdles in the last 2 LEI numbers I have set up. I got a refund on one of the LEI numbers for 2 years, they would not return the firsy year pemium, and I re applied for another 3 year LEI number.
Commuinication was fine, and quick with staff from the company, so this is why i marked the firm as a 3 and not a 1.
I am now no longer using the service anymore and using other companies.

LEI renewal notice came from a different source purporting to be LEI. Fortunately, I paid via pre-existing bank details so money reached right account. I sent copy of the rival renewal notice to demonstrate what it offered. LEI replied promptly.

But what is the point of this database? Just another pice of useless bureaucrasy so the government can watch what we do.
