Keith was really helpful
Keith was really helpful, understanding of my inability to find the right words (due to the injury). A tad dubious.......
Never having had any dealings with insurance claims firms or the people that are involved with helping claimants , I was a tad dubious and worried that I wouldn't get my point across or understand the claims lingo , making myself appear foolish and naive . That didn't happen , I contacted them , nervously , but didn't need to worry . The agent , Liz Hall , made me feel at total ease with the whole process , explained every step clearly , was considerate , understanding and , best of all , made me feel that I was dealing with experienced , professional people. Amazing service. They are very accommodating, organised and helpful, helped me every step of the way with my claim. All the staff I spoke to at JF Law were lovely, especially Beth who dealt with my case. She was friendly and professional throughout and very understanding of my situation. Incredible Professionalism and Detail by Bethany
My daughter's case was handled with incredible professionalism by Bethany Wych-Peers. As a Police Officer, I understand the detail required to present a case to the court and I can honestly say the detail provided in the court bundle was exceptional. My statement was thorough and provided the necessary detail for the court to make an informed decision. Bethany kept me up to date with the case and trial dates, which was a task in itself.
