Cumbersome & lengthy journey for a nice canvas print
The finished product is good & workmanship appears to be good as well. The process of working with LWA's service rep. was quite a struggle. Most questions took more than a day to get an answer/reply & the rep. did not appear to be knowledgeable regarding file types & sizes. We would have thought that a company dealing w/ Art Work files daily would have a better understanding of "granulation", file formats & sizes. The process took much longer than needed yet we now have our product and are well satisfied.

We're sorry you feel that was how your interaction went! Looking at the emails all replies, besides one, from customer service were within a day or less, and most of the issues seemed to stem from the image you were sending not working in our system. It does look like the process took much longer than it usually takes for any custom canvas orders. Again, that seemed to stem from your image not being the quality you wanted and the images you were sending either could not be downloaded, uploaded into our system, or still had the same issues. We completely understand how this could have become frustrating for you, but these things were beyond our control.
Junk frame not worth the price
The quality of the print was good, but the wood frame was complete garbage. It was like a cheap poster frame from walmart. Outrageously priced for the advertised quality.
No way to hang the frame, either.

The entire process was seamless
The entire process was seamless. We ordered a large piece (60 x 40) and we love it! We were concerned the quality given the size but it’s great! Delivery was well done as well. Highly recommend.
