They have no limitations on how many…

They have no limitations on how many questions the surgery can ask before being awarded only 50 points because you don’t qualify. Sometimes I’ve answered over 30 questions including “please answer in as much detail as possible” and then get disqualified. It’s a way for companies to steal information from you without properly compensating you.

This company is a joke

This company is a joke! I'm shocked how corporations pay this company to have surveys done for them when as one of their survey takers, their surveys crash and/or you never get your points for completing them - and even WORSE, weeks go by before they (if they even do) reply to support/survey issue emails!!

I've been emailing support and may other contact email addresses for OVER 3 WEEKS now, and not one person has had the courtesy to reply!!

Then good luck getting anyone to answer the phone!!! How does any company with so many numbers including a toll-free number have not even one person answering the phones?!?! You'll either get prompted to leave a voicemail, or "this voicemail is full". It doesn't get any more unprofessional than that!

It's as if only one staff is employed by this company and works only 1 hour a week and is backed up replying to support issues for the surveys THEY created! Pathetic.

I'm not sure how this company is in business considering they may have 2-3 surveys per "month", while their competition have 1-2 surveys per day (and mostly without issues AND quick support responses!)

Literally the worse survey company of the five I currently complete surveys for!

Énorme perte de temps

Énorme perte de temps. Vous remplissez des sondages pendant 10 minutes, et 50% du temps, on nous dit qu'on n'est pas éligible à reçevoir nos points, alors qu'ils ont eu toutes nos réponses sans nous payer. Et les point ne vallent rien, c'est très long pour les accumuler. Mini point positif, j'ai toujours demander des virements PayPal, et je les ait toujours reçu, mais c'est long.

Frustrating Experience with LEO Support – Unable to Access Rewards

I’ve been a loyal member of LEO for a while now, but I’m extremely frustrated by the lack of support I’ve received. The phone number associated with my account is no longer in use, and I cannot update it on the website. This has resulted in me being locked out of my account and unable to complete the 2-step verification process to redeem my rewards.

When I contacted customer support, they told me they couldn’t assist because of their policy, which only allows for one phone number change per year. However, I believe my case falls outside of this restriction, as I’m almost certain it’s been over a year since my number was last updated. I asked their support team to double-check this while communicating with them in real-time on Facebook Messenger, but they completely ignored my request for clarification.

It’s frustrating that a company like LEO isn’t more flexible when it comes to situations like this, especially when I’ve done everything on my end. Despite trying to resolve the issue for weeks, I’m still unable to access my hard-earned rewards.

I hope LEO improves their support and customer experience in the future because right now, it feels like they’re dismissing genuine concerns without offering any real solutions.

Non-existent customer service

I completed a financial diary on Nov 6 for which I was supposed to receive 36 ,000 points. This is Dec 30 and still have not received any points, not have I received responses to eight requests for reward payment since then. I am very disappointed in Leger Opinions, and very disturbed at their callous disregard for a long time survey participant.

Don’t waste your time, I can’t redeem my points

I redeemed my points to $20 Walmart gift card. I put the request on October 16 to be delivered on October 28. I wrote this on November 13, the status of my point is still in process. I sent a question using their contact us early November and still haven’t received response.

I decided to unsubscribe from their email because I will not participate until I can get my reward. There are 2 buttons “unsubscribe” and “deactivate and delete my data”. I select the unsubscribe thinking that I don’t want to receive anymore email until my reward issue resolved. Once I fill in the form and submit it said that my account has been deactivated and data removed.

Oh well… definitely not recommended. I spent my time and didn’t get the reward as promised. Don’t waste your time like me.

What a SCAM!

Untrustworthy paid survey site

All though, they reward you handsomely with their invitation survey $14 on transit on your area, there are SEVERAL PROBLEMS THIS PAID SURVEY WEBSITE FACES:

1) LATE REWARD… IT TAKES THEM NEARLY 2 WEEKS TO DELIVER TO YOU a mere $5.00 mastercard gift card?? What gives??Most in-person survey places give you cash on the spot, the same day

2) Their raffle (aka "chances") contests DONT SHOW how many people entered the contests that way we can keep track of our "chances" put in (leger rewards you these "chances" along with the "points" to which the latter can be converted into digital rewards.

3) they HAVE A WEAK REFERRAL PROGRAM and that you dont get rewarded when referring somebody to they site…Let alone your REPUTATION BEING TARNISHED WITH YOUR FRIEND BECAUSE LEGER DIDNT REWARD THEM YET

I think leger could have potential to being the NUMBER 1 PAID SURVEY AND TRUSTWORTHY WEBSITE if they could fix those issues.

I reported this to BBB even though LEO isn't accredited by them they are going to investigate this company cause I still haven't received my $25 gift card for cashing out. They will not respond to emails and on fb messanger they contacted me once asking for my email so they could look into it then never heard nothing back and got no more response from them. My reward was already been processed but ne er got an email with my reward and this shady company will not send it. Pplhave been complaining about this same issues with LEO and their pay outs and bad customer care and never respond to even phone calls. I've read where ppl finally get their rewards months later to find out the reward had already been used and that is what I'm worried about. I worked hard on these surveys to be able to cash out but this company us super shady and BBB wants me to call later on to see if this company has finally sent my reward cause they are launching an investigation into this. So anyone who reads this and has these issues just contact BBB for the scam tracker they are on it but they will do a deep investigation into this company and I suggest no one ever use this site again. There's real ones out there that are not shady. This place doesn't like to pay out they just give you the run around everytime I leave a review but do nothing to send my reward. LEO is a very shady survey company and doesn't care about their ppl who sign up thinking they will earn rewards. I will be contacting BBB again later today to let them know they never sent it so they can start the investigation. They already started it but they wanted me to see if they decide to send today if not by 3pm they will dive deep into an investigation cause they received alot of complaints from thos company for the simular things. Don't use this very shady company. They are scammers. They have no intention of sending out rewards.

Leo Leger Surveys

Wow I don't know what website you're going to however I can get $20 in a Timmy card I just have to complete 20 surveys or more depending what they're worth-- it's an interesting website another place that you can learn things there is also an opinion site that you can answer the question or you can add a question of your own-- one of the major problems I would say is that it takes time to add up your points but you do get them

This Site is a scam
After answering surveys for more than 10 minutes they claim you are dq'd from the survey. When you complain to customer service they freeze or deactivate your account. Customer service is unresponsive since they deactivated my account. Someone there is obviously collecting all the rewards that should have been paid out to people. Instead your account gets suspended and you can not claim anything. Don't Sign up, it will save you the aggravation. I've been trying to get a resolution since 2022.

No Rewards, No Communication Anymore!

They have been good and rewarding within the said timelines. Unfortunately, in the last two months, they have gone quiet and not awarded the rewards as promised. Support doesn't answer emails, other email contacts don't respond, phone doesn't get answered, they don't respond in their social media platforms as well.

My referrals are also facing the same issues with LEO for the last couple of months!

I redeemed 10,000 points on LEO for a…

I redeemed 10,000 points on LEO for a gift card that I was supposed to receive by May 25th. It’s now May 30th, and I haven't received it. I contacted support but received no response. I am very disappointed with this experience and urge others to be cautious.

For the third time I have completed a longer survey in its entirety only to be told at the end that I don't meet the criteria and they won't give me my points reward. It's a total scam, the survey holder is getting their data as not paying for it and LEO do nothing to stop this

Orleans Express survey

Received an email from Orleans Express containing link to a leger decipher inc survey ostensibly regarding travel habits.

Several questions appeared unrelated to travel habits, particularly 2 questions relating to MENTAL HEALTH. EXTREMELY inappropriate.

How did they get my email address? I have not travelled by Orleans Express for quite some time.

Decided to quit Leger

Decided to quit Leger. Like others, it was annoying that you sometimes answer lots of questions and then it tells you don’t qualify.

The reason I am quitting, however, is that I didn’t receive my last gift card. After multiple messages through the app, they have been silent. I don’t do the survey’s because I need the $20 every couple of months. I do find some of them interesting, especially the political ones. But, it’s just not worth it any longer.

I feel cheated

Spend 15 minutes answering at least 30 questions providing usable data on a survey, only to be told I don't meet the criteria for that survey, and getting a measly 30 points (instead of the 1200-1500).
When this happened the first time a while back, I complained and was awarded the full points. Second time and that's not a mistake. In reading other reviews, I see I'm not alone in this experience.

I'll give minus stars if possible!
SCamming people when it comes to claiming your hard-earned points for rewards. I cashed out points for a $20 Walmart gift card. But when I tried to use it at the store it did not go through. I checked the balance online at Walmart website and it shows 0 dollars even though I did not use it! They still did not respond to the query when messaged.
Just like another review states here...Don't do focus groups! Leger opinion did not deposit the points that I am also supposed to get. I emailed back & forth for closer to a year (They take forever to respond or do not respond at all), and they denied sending the points that they did not give me. A total SCAM!! Shame on you pathetic beggar, LEGER!

A total joke

A total joke. When you finally make enough to make a claim they freeze or deactivate your account. Customer service is unreachable ince deactivated. Someone there is obviously claiming/taking payouts due to others. Get out now, it will save you the aggravation.
