Botchat is a joke,ive been trying to unsubscribe for 45 minutes and all it does is waste your time then when you're about to blow a gasket it says bye have a nice day...the instructions on how to unsubscribe don't work.

OK and cheap service, but the user interface is extremely old fashioned and unintuitive.
Especially the process for changing credit card is unnecessary complicated.

Excellent customer support and cheaper LEI services than most. They always resolve my issues on the same day. Keep up the good work!

The service was great and results were quick, much easier to deal with this organization than my prior provider.

Don not use this service. The web page sucks! I have now used 2 days to try to logon. Assume they have and robot doing a very poor support
