Very disappointing experience and far below what was advertised.

I booked through Airbnb expecting a private accommodation, but only upon arrival did I discover that this was actually a hotel. This was not clearly stated in the listing, nor were the differences between room categories properly explained.

I also paid an extra fee for a sea-view room, which I never received, despite having clear written confirmation in the chat.

During the stay:

in the spa area, one sauna and one shower were out of order, which made the remaining facilities overcrowded and difficult to use;

both TVs in the room didn’t work due to dead batteries, and staff refused to assist properly;

overall service was not consistent with a 4-star standard.

To make matters worse, after check-out I was charged for minibar items I never consumed, without any prior notice. No invoice was provided at check-out — it was only issued days later after I noticed the charge and formally complained. No proof of consumption has ever been provided.

The operator and the hotel kept shifting responsibility between each other, leaving me with an unresolved issue despite clear evidence.

Overall, this was a misleading listing and an unacceptable experience. I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious and double-check exactly what they are booking.

LeibTour have been great in communication and flexibility. The apartment we got was clean and in a very good location. Only negative is the apartment is very basic and very dated! No Aircon working, toilet broken. Feels like 1979. This apartment needs an extensive refurbishment to bring it up to modern standards for the prices they are charging per night.

Maybe LeibTour needs to only promote the apartments that are of a certain standard to uphold their reputation.

Appartamento corrispondente alla descrizione e alle aspettative. Vicinissimo a Cala de moro e al Cafe del mar . Professionalità e serietà del personale hanno contribuito a rendere la vacanza perfetta!!!

I booked an apartment in San Antonio and the reviews were right. It's a serious and honest company and they offered me a discount. The accommodation was very good quality and the price was unbeatable. Very good experience. I will repeat for sure.
