I’ve been using LEC since the start of the year for trips to and from Heathrow Airport. I find their service to be first class - excellent planning, always on time, great communications. And the drivers are superb - very helpful.

I have no hesitation recommending LEC. In fact I will now always use LEC for my airport trips.

We went on an extended visit to the USA and needed to start the journey fresh and on return have someone to take the load of bringing us home safely. Mark and Tony did just that and I am so appreciative of their taking the strain, particularly on return as I know that on this occasion I would have struggled to return home safely. Excellent service by LEC, especially the lovely drivers Zakk and Mark who could not of looked after us better. We had a Birmingham airport return journey to start and end our holiday and we couldn't have been happier with the service we received. The drivers gave a very professional, safe and pleasant journey both ways which put us at ease and stress free. LEC keep you informed and updated from the booking right through to end of your trip which is perfect and what you appreciate. I booked for my colleague for a return transfer from his home to Oxfordshire. Mark was incredibly helpful, the quote was sent quickly and the booking process very efficient. The drivers were nice, great cars and they arrived on time. The level of service was faultless from start to finish. I also received regular text messages on the status of driver arrival, passengers on board and drop off which was superb. I will definitely be using again.

We couldn't be happier with the service. We needed a long-distance service to get us to/from Southampton Cruise Terminal, and decided on LEC because of the reviews we read. It was a good decision. Tony, our driver was a pleasure to have driving us; obliging and, of course, on time. We were given his mobile number so any last minute changes or problems we could contact him. His car was immaculate and very comfortable (a Jaguar XJ), so we were relaxed on the long journeys to and from home, journeys that took about 3 hours. There was bottled water in the car for us, but we had a stop when we wanted - we just had to say. A great reliable service that will be top of the list when we need another chauffeur. .

Needed a transfer to and from Heathrow at relatively short notice. I hadn't booked an executive chauffeur before and chose LEC on the basis of the reviews.
Mark was extremely helpful, returning my calls and ensuring that the details were correct. Zak the driver, arrived on time, the car was immaculate and both transfers went without a hitch. Will definitely use LEC again.

We booked LEC Ltd to transfer us to and from Gatwick airport. My husband has been ill and needed a little comfort to travel. Keith and Richard were friendly and professional. Mark was great to deal with too. Everything was perfect from booking to the actual transfers. I would recommend them highly and will definitely use again.

This is the second time using Leicester Executive Chauffeurs, and will not be the last.
For our wedding anniversary, my husband and I go to London to take in a play and a show instead of buying each other "things". I am severely disabled and, due to a stroke, can no longer drive. My husband has touretts and cannot drive. With my wheelchair and all the medical equipment I need to take, along with clothes etc, it's not possible for us to use public transport, and it's not that much more expensive to use LEC.
Booking was simple and quick, and we were able to request a car large enough for all our stuff and us, and that we had the same driver as last year, a chap called Rob.
Rob is an utter darling! He's friendly and chatty and so courteous too. I have a prosthetic cheek and a severe speech impediment, but Rob tries his best to understand me, only needing my husband to translate a few times. He's happy to chat and asked us how we enjoyed our stay etc, but will also let us lapse into a comfortable silence when I inevitably fall asleep! He is totally guided by us on whether we need to stop for any reason and nothing is too much trouble.
As soon as we've decided what show and play we want to see next year, we will be booking LEC again, requesting Rob be our driver.
I cannot recommend this company and the service they offer highly enough. Absolutely brilliant, efficient, and without any of the usual trip travel stress.

Travelling to East Midlands at 5am in the morning was an absolute perfect way to start our Holiday. Right from the word go everything was very professional. Communication with our driver with messages to confirm our pick up on collection from the airport was perfect too.
