I’ve returned my awning for repair to this joke of a company 2 moths ago I had limited contact with them thinking all was good little did I know they are no longer trading £1000 pound lost can’t get hold of anybody for a response any help would be appreciated

This company agreed to give me a full refund on a defective outdoor revolution air awning that was faulty from the start. They fobbed me off for weeks. Finally arranged to return the item after many emails. Item received by them on 26 October 2023....no refund issued. Chased continually, now they have gone out of business. So they have the awning and my £600!!!

Ordered a Motorhome cover which was too large for us, after phoning Leisure Outlet to ask how to return it, I was given a Returns Number to write onto the box which was all that was required as all my details could be traced by this number and the amount paid £199.99 would be transferred back into my account. This I did and sent the parcel back via Parcelforce. After 2 attempts to deliver the parcel (no-one was available to accept it on both occasions), Parcelforce confirmed that delivery was made on Friday 20th October 2023 at 11:13am and signed for by H GRIFFITHS.
It is now 1st November and the money has still not been transferred into my account.
For the past week I have been trying to contact Leisure Direct by phone and all I get is an answerphone message saying that the office hours are between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. (I am calling between these hours).
I have no trust in this company and would advise all potential customers not buy anything from them.

Has this company gone into administration as we are paying for a awning that we don’t have that has been sent back to them for exchange and had no correspondence since September unable to talk to anyone phone lines closed no response from emails

What a horrible company to deal with bunch of con artists DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
We ordered a tent when it arrived it has several elements missing. We have rung and emailed on several occasions its now been 3 weeks since I last emailed and I have had no response whatsoever. Their phone lines are constantly closed so are not contactable at all I am now doing a chargeback through my bank. Avoid at all costs

Ordered 4 pairs of socks. Three pairs arrived. No phones operating at Leisure Outlet. I can see that one pair is noted as outstanding for delivery. Today, received notice of insolvency at Leisure Outlet, so not much hope of ever receiving the final pair or refund.

Bought an awning for campervan which cost around £800 on 13th of Sept.
We received the wrong awning.
It was picked up and we were informed once it had been picked up the correct awning would be sent out to us.
It was picked up on 10th of October.
We have still not received the correct awning and a couple of weeks ago I realised the website says it is unavailable. I requested a full refund.
I have had no responses over two on. There appears to be no phone number to call and emails have not been responded to.
Will not use again.
