The quality of teaching is amazing
The quality of teaching is amazing! The course is designed to consolidate your previous knowledge and reach another level of nutrition understanding, while executing delicious recipes, tailored to match every unit.
The support and the feedback from the tutors is very positive and constructive! I really enjoyed doing this online course. I am looking forward to complete the full course with the NTEC Assessment!

Leith’s Essential Cooking Certificate
I have just completed this online course and I thoroughly recommend it. I have been a keen cook for years but have learnt so much over the past 6 months. I have also found a new love of baking breads and cakes (much to the detriment of my waistline!) if you want to refine your home cooking and impress your dinner party guests then this is the course for you!

In praise of on-line learning
I have done all of Leith's online courses and I am always on the lookout for something new which this one was. It covered all about fish and was applicable to NZ even though the species of fish are not available here. On the videos they gave such a great description I was able to find alternatives.
The video instructions are clear and concise and very knowledgeable.
I finished to programme last week and am already feeling lost

Room for improvement
Well personality I didn't learn that much new techniques. I prefer if the video lesson isn't broken to that many small videos. And too much waisting of time with showing over and over again how to chop onion and garlic
