Good luck trying to cancel your subscription. I have so far sent 6 emails. They are very quick to respond but, keep sending you back to the portal that does not have a cancellation option. I will now have to contact my credit card company and have them help me. After 6 back and forth emails, American Express will get this done

Probably the best customer service in the last 5 years I have seen, and TOP quality products.

Visited Le Jardine on Sat 16/9/2023. I have been b4 on a few occasions. This time I ordered an Americano coffee, cheese scone with pickle on side. All good so far but on receiving order I did mention to waitress coffee was in a very small cup. More like an expresso cup. Coffee ok scone good very small portion of pickle. On receiving bill of £6.75 I mentioned about being charged extra for pickle but jam was included in cost. I was told "aw but pickle is different from jam" oh really but it's still accompaniment and in actual fact jam and pickle are made in a very similar way. Not at all happy with this. Just feel Le Jardine is being a little greedy in their charges to their customers. Put me off and I wint be recommending this cafe to family or friends.

The order and delivery process was good, however in less than a year the fire pit exterior paint has worn off showing the white under coat- it looks terrible and not fit for purpose.

I have had to email numerous times to discuss the issue, there is no phone number to contact them on and despite numerous requests to speak to someone in person they ignored this.

They took months to respond and then after consultation with their factory said that because I had left the fire pit outside (in the cover that is provided) that it was my fault and I hadn’t followed the instructions- apparently it needs to be kept inside!!! So a 32kg outdoor fire pit for £800 actually needs to be stored inside!

They have refused to rectify the issue so I am left with a fire pit that is not useable, looks ancient and was less than a year old.

My advice would be to steer clear of this company, and to buy from a reputable place where they care about customer experience
