I will admit, I had my concerns and doubts about Lelay Luisa. But I received all of the items I purchased and they exceeded my expectations! I am in love with my earrings and necklace and I’m so excited to wear them out and about! Will definitely be purchasing again!

My experience with Lelayluisa has been excellent, communication was in point, I got a tracking number immediately with a. Email confirmation and I never had a problem. If I messaged or had any questions I'd get an answer right away. When I did receive my package the jewelry is unmatched 🙌🏼 I was pleasantly surprised, can't wait to order more.

If I could give them zero stars I would . I ordered two pieces May 14,2025 and it is now June 25th and haven’t received anything not even a confirmation email . I emailed customer service a week ago and never got a response.

I bought gift iitem from a app called shop on behalf of L&L. This app was recommended by L&L, no delivery update, no contact number, no any reply from shop or from L&L. I lost my money. It's fraud. Do not buy.

Scam. I placed an order December 13 & heard nothing, like legit nothing. I attempted to contact the company & they were gone. I'm glad I can get my money back through my financial institution BUT do not, DO NOT buy anything from this company/site. You have been warned.

I ordered from Lelay Luisa at the end of September and still haven't received anything. At first I thought the big delay was because of my location, I live in Europe, but that's not possible anymore. Even if something happened to the shipment, they could have emailed me. For me, it's just a scam!!!!!

defects were in two of the three products i ordered. they degraded and rusted quickly as well (i got earrings). would not recommend especially for the price, though as an ambassador i got a discount. they also ignored me as an ambassador after i receive their products and made content (they told me my next order could be totally free but when i sent them the content, left me on read). overall, if you want cheap and cute jewelry, target is great :)
