I've had the misfortune of dealing with Lemon Tart Garments, and I must warn others: they are completely unresponsive! Despite reaching out to them through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls, I've been met with utter silence.

No acknowledgments, no apologies, no explanations - nothing. It's as if they've vanished into thin air, leaving me with a subpar product and no recourse.

This level of disregard for customer service is appalling. If a company can't be bothered to respond to basic inquiries, how can we trust them with our business?

Don't waste your time and money on Lemon Tart Garments. Their lack of communication and accountability speaks volumes about their priorities.

The badest quality and printing ever...
I have just ordered a men black butterfly printed t shirt from lemon tart from Instagram advertisement and it is worstest store ever....

What a trashy behaviour of this team. They literally took days to deliver one thing and if someone asks them they would be rude. I am stuck with them because I have already paid online. Otherwise I would have literally return the rider back with their bad stuff or whatever.

I haven't received my order for ten days when I contacted the helpline they talk rudley.I don't know what are they rude for neither do they have rating nor respect for customer. Not recommended very bad experience

Firstly, the parcel was sent a month late. Yes, a month late. I really didn't want to receive it but I actually was looking forward to the clothes, I accepted the month late parcel. What's worst is that they didn't even send the complete order. I ordered 2 sets of stictched 2-piece but they only sent one and charged more than the price of that one set. The quality is below average and I am pretty sure that the clothes will leak dye and will turn to trash quality in a single wash.
NEVER SHOP FROM HERE. WASTE OF MONEY

I have ordered of shirts and trouser but the just sent shirt and charged complete price when I checked it was just shirt and that was fully low quality shirt

Sent the parcel 2 weeks late, and didn't even send all the items. The pants delivered were so small I'm sure not even an XS-sized person would be able to fit in them, and while the shirt size was okay, the quality is so poor I'm pretty sure I could get quality tops from local bazaars for a fraction of the price.
I have no idea how to cancel my order since the only way to reach them is through their Instagram, and the only thing I can think of is refusing to pay for the order at my doorstep.
TLDR: DO NOT SPEND A PENNY ON THIS STORE ITS SUCH A SCAM!

They have delivered pathetic stuff please don't order, I have wasted my 8k by ordering, once I have ordered 5 shirts they have delivered me 4 and one piece is missing and took whole amount upon asking they said they have delivered all shirt and didn't even return my rupees of missing one. I have shown them order number and slip but they denied. one of their member was rudely behaved

Absolute garbage, pathetic quality. please do not consider buying from lemon tart otherwise you'll regret. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY.

I have also order a.shirt from them it looks very beautiful and high qualty but when i recive it its a very low quality shirt and they scamed with me they charged me 1800 while the shirt orignaly cost of only 300

Lemontart is the worst site ever with worst quality products. I ordered a shirt from lemontart and they sent us shirt of very low quality. I wouldn’t even like to give one star. Don’t trust this and never order from here.

mene inki website se kr order kiya, order place ho gaya but mjhe koi notification nai aya mere mobile no pe, like I had no idea k mera order process me bh he ya nahi, or 2,3 din baad rider parcel leker tapak padta he k itna amount he order received kr len,

I want to return the order.. low quality and doubleprinted clothes... im really dissappointed i waisted 4000 for these pathetic clothes

Pathetic service ordered a parcel and got something else that was completely different my bill was around 5k for 3 items which were 3 piece ladies' suit and 2 men's kurtas but instead, I got only some cloth pieces, later called the customer service and they didn't even entertain me instead they just kept wasting my time transferring me to calls like they had two numbers displayed one WhatsApp and one cell, whenever I called either one they said we should contact the other like no worth for their customer I waited 2 weeks so they can correct my other but nothing my money wasted as well as my time won't be using your so-called lemon tart and would recommend the same to others.
