I started talking with Julie Fortado on Friday, March 31, 2023 about the debt relief program. I needed a couple of days to think about what she presented to me. She said she would call me back Monday, April 3, 2023 at 9am to discuss it again. She took 2 hours on the phone with me explaining everything. She answered all of my questions. She was so patient with me and I am very appreciative of that.

My experience was great. Julie is amazing and great at her job. It’s rare to find someone with such an upbeat attitude about helping someone else with their financial struggles. She never made me feel embarrassed about my situation or my low credit score, nor did she talk to me as if I was child and needed scolding for being in the situation that I am in.
