I feel very fortunate to have gotten Peter E as my CSR to help educate me on my options. The pros and cons for each and to come up with a plan that works for me. He's very polite, knowledgeable and never made me feel pressured to make a choice. He just laid out the options and we went from there. Easy and efficient - great experience so far for me!

Dane was awesome, helpful, and knowledgeable. He gave me advice and answered any questions I had. Having a large amount of debt can be embarrassing, but I never felt like he judged me for the position I had gotten myself into.
