From the beginning of the call to the final last word the representative I spoke with was very professional and kind. I came off the call feeling like there was hope of getting out of debt. I never felt uncomfortable during the call. I felt that someone cared.

Peter was super informative and took his time to explain everything to me. Amazing customer service.

My representative was courteous, patient, explain everything in detail, even called me back because I had to go back to work. Thank you Miss Julie for a wonderful experience!

David Perez was very helpful and I am very happy with how he explained every detail. He assisted me on how to get out of my debt and he was very good at explaining everything to me. I am glad I found him and if you have any debt issues I would recommend David.

Robyn was excellent!! I signed up for a program last week, but was so uncomfortable I canceled. Robyn was absolutely wonderful, made me feel at ease right away!! Her volume of knowledge was wonderful and she made me feel very comfortable the whole way thru, unlike the previous company! This employee is so valuable to your company!! To think I almost threw out the promotional card I received in the mail… I feel like I can finally take a breath after several staggered periods over the years of not being able work and make monthly payments on time due to a chronic illness. Dane stayed on the phone with me until all of my questions were answered and the poor guy had answered some of them more than once. DMB Financial/Lendah have great people, very helpful and supportive in assisting with you with debt consolidation and payoffs. No judgement, very understanding and just want to assist with setting you and your family in a better financial standing. They also provide assistance with tax preparation and credit correction after your payments are complete. Enrollment is easy, they work with you on payment plans and duration, client service portal is easy to use and communicate with your account manager. I have recommended to family and friends.
