One of the worst experience
Not so great experience with changes of personnel and the overall process. But Marc Bernstein did a great job to call and hear my concerns and feedback. As a customer I really appreciate that and definitely will give them another chance.

I feel this situation was not handled…
I feel this situation was not handled in a timely manner, which ultimately cost me over $4,000 in penalties. Jamie, the Client Relations Specialist, did not demonstrate the level of professionalism or support that the title suggests. At one point, I was even referred to as “just an investor,” which felt dismissive and inappropriate given my position as a client.
Hunter was the only individual I felt I could trust throughout this process. In fact, my decision to refinance with LendingOne was largely based on that trust, as I believed the process would be straightforward. Instead, it ended up costing me more money and negatively impacting my credit due to a lack of communication, particularly involving Shellpoint.
This issue is still ongoing, and I feel let down by how everything has been handled. I believe this reflects poorly on LendingOne for allowing a situation like this to occur. I am sharing my experience in hopes that others are aware and do not encounter similar issues.

Very good experience with Lending One
Everyone associated with Lending One did a great job in getting my loan started, processed, and then funded. I asked them to give me different scenarios regarding the down payment and no one every complained that I was a pain. Cory was especially helpful and stuck with me. Closed yesterday and I am thankful for that. I am already working on securing another loan with them.
