We had a semi-commercial mortgage we needed to arrange for our client and despite some complexities, Kenzie was incredibly supportive and thorough. She answered all of our queries and gave us a realistic assessment of whether LendInvest can consider the case. Our underwriter, Adam, was excellent in providing such a quick turnaround for our application. Great team and look forward to placing more work with them.

Bridging Completion
We have just completed on a below market value bridge with Lendinvest and it has been straight forward with good communication throughout. There were a couple of issues with the valuation however Lesley Saint was patient and understanding in her approach. After this the completion team (Blair Campbell) went to action and it has been a smooth back end which has now led to a successful completion

I cannot speak highly enough of LendInvest. They have been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process, providing excellent service from the initial underwriting right through to completion.
A special mention must go to Richard Odd, whose common-sense approach to underwriting is refreshing. He takes the time to understand each case on its own merits, is pragmatic, decisive, and a pleasure to deal with. It is rare to find an underwriter who combines sound commercial judgement with such a practical and professional approach.
I would also like to thank Martha Potter in the completions team. I have had the pleasure of knowing Martha for well over twenty years, and she continues to set the standard for efficiency and professionalism. She is exceptionally organised, communicates proactively with both sets of solicitors, and works tirelessly to ensure that completions proceed as smoothly and seamlessly as possible. Her attention to detail and ability to keep everyone informed makes what can often be a stressful process feel effortless.
