If I can give a 0 star I would! AVOID them at all cost!
If I can give a 0 star I would. This company seems quite like a scam. I had loaned from them on multiple occasions where after 3 loans, it moved to an extended payment plan. I spoke to the person on the phone who reassured me that once I paid it in full I’d be able to reloan. Instead I reapplied and was declined without any reason given. Had I known, I would’ve just made the instalment payment due at the time and not paid in full. Felt completely screwed over and zero communication given as to why. Not only that, ontario laws with pay day loans mentions, lenders are not supposed to contact you more than 3 days a week, I was contacted more than 5x with a payment reminder email and a phone call in one day. Spamming my inbox, only for them to tell me “oh it automatically stops once you make the payment” when the payment was due by end of day, that day. I’m writing this review so anyone here can be very careful about lending with these guys. There are plenty of other places you can go to, even when you talk to them on the phone, it just all seems quite shady in anything they say and the phone line sounds like dial-up internet connection

Very poor costumer service
Very poor costumer service . The guy on the phone never solve the problem and was very rude communicating . I asked if they can adjust my nsf fees but they were so rude . They never replied my mail back and the guy called me asking for nsf fees when I told I requested for adjustment he said we didn’t see that and was talking rudely .
