I love how they worked with me to get the right loan. They did not approve my first application or two, but rather then restarting everything, they kept working with me to find the lowest interest that will work. I have not had that with other companies.

It was a very easy process

This is the WORST experience I have EVER had!! THEY ARE RUINING PEOPLE'S FINANCES. First of all, my most recent qualm is them double charging me. Their system DOES NOT notify you via email when your payment is PENDING. I paid my loan on a Friday October 3rd. My co-signer and I got a notification on the 7th that I had not paid yet and my loan was delinquent. I go to the account and the payment from the 3rd IS NOT NOTED ANYWHERE. I make the payment AGAIN. THEY TOOK BOTH PAYMENTS OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!! MIND YOU, my loan payment is $943. NINE HUNDRED FORTY-THREE DOLLARS. AND THEY CHARGED ME TWICE. To make matters WORSE, I called and they told me I could apply it to the loan or get a refund. I requested a refund. They STILL have not refunded me, I have no email about it or anything. I am LIVID! ON TOP OF THAT, I only get paid once a month on the last day of the month and my payment is on the 15th. I have requested to have it changed, but I have to clear the $943 twice in the month before I can change it. I have HAD IT! I have a whole $79,000 before I can even get rid of them because no other company will take that big of a loan. Thank goodness I have my cosigner to advocate for me!

very quick in approving refinance loan. Every step was explained carefully and the guide on how to submit documents needed was clear and easy to upload for the most parts.

Running a rate check was quick and easy - the simplest rate check form I've filled out.

I liked the automated format to refinance my student loan. I was stressed because my payment was going up. LendKey had good options and I was able to get approved.

Made refinancing my consolidated student loans with one outstanding loan company into those I already had with LendKey a breeze. It reduced my monthly payments by over $200 while also keeping me on track to finish repayment around the same time.

Lendkey won't release the co-signer even when the borrower meets the requirements. I tried to get my name removed from 1 loan in the amount of $7,700 and they denied it. My daughter has her Masters Degree, employed with the county and has a credit score in the high 700's.
I was able to get a home loan with the student loans in my name with a salary lower than my daughters. Make that make sense.

Being in loan and real estate for so long, but I have never encountered such an excellent personal loan like LendKey. The process to refinance loans was long and confusing. It took us a while of back and forth to finally begin financing loans.

LENDKEY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! Run while you can do NOT ever move your student loans to them or take anything out with them. No one ever knows what is going on, it has been an ultimate NIGHTMARE working with them. Consolidated my student loans with them and they never got a final payout from the other borrower and just sent a check for way more than what was owed. Its been 4 months now and still waiting on a refund check on the difference from them. We've called MULTIPLE times and literally every time you call someone says something different including the supervisors. I would never EVER EVER take a loan with lendkey ever again and advise EVERYONE to steer away.

Great experience from start to finish
