They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my choices. I chose Subaru because of their reliability and safety. I’m now off to adventures and family road trips thanks to Subaru!

My experience with Gardena Nissan purchasing my 2026 Nissan kicks started off rough, but then Mohammed the general manager came through and approved my loan and I have been excited ever since. I was sent a letter offer to purchase…

I was sent a letter offer to purchase my currently loan and get a new car that did not happen and staff at Hyundai was not even away of the situation! Was told it’s bots who send out letter..needless to say I don’t not get my old car purchased as it stated but I did walk out with a new car from a different bank and nothing to do with landward. So that’s the only reason I even gave 2 stars

Had the exact same experience as…

Had the exact same experience as another customer. The letter didn't do any good. The dealership had never heard of this company. My payment 200$ since I was there and had filled out the paper work trusting the letter I had received I went forward. I ended up with a vehicle but not nothing close to what the letter said it woukd be like. It misrepresented itself with the numbers and corporation of the dealership. They said these letters mean nothing when it comes to buying a car that ro many people come looking for a deal that just isn't there. There no special group of people based on your timely payment.

I received a letter in the mail from Lendward ..

I received a letter in the mail from Lendward. Vehicle Exchange program promising that they can help me get from under the car loan that tied up in. I spoke with a representative she told me to go to Crain Ford and asked for Eric or a Brian. I did just that but no one went to go and get who I asked for. A different Sales agent came and read my letter, He tried get me into a ford escape. Mind you I never seen the vehicle he was trying to sale. Then he said the car company that sold me a car , he says they need to be put in jail. He said my car wasn't worth $1000.00 and I still owe 12,500 on it. But that is reason why I came to get from under the situation I am in. So after that I felt that it is all going to be a problem. Before I was able to leave the car company processed 9 hardship inquiry to my credit report after that he basically said he cant do anything for me. Long story short I walked out feeling disappointed, lied to and 9 hard inquiries to my credit report. When I have been trying to work on my credit. I tried calling Lendward the agent Mayra Vargas of course I cannot get through to her the caller is always on a call or away from desk . I havent been able to get in touch with anyone.

On the national do not call list

Im not going to call you invader. What i did do is report your family on a daily basis . You call me i look you up and have your family deported. On the national do not call list
She keeps calling . I called ICE her family are illigals . I dont suggest using this business if you need a loan shop around dont use snakes. She also uses nothing but illigal aliens for her " call center" keep calling I keep calling . Every call I report it . I never called you and I asked you to stop calling . I think you may have met your match. May I disclose the exact location of your call center and yes your paying them under the table too honey. Call again I involve IRS on your "Business "

Hi friends! Just wanted to say a couple things about my recent car buying experience. First of all I want to say thank you to Omar at Lendward! I had received a letter from them on two separate occasions so this time I wanted to follow up with it, but I was really scared about it so I called Mr. Omar and he put my worries to rest. Set me up an appointment with lake Murray Mitsubishi.he arranged my appt for me and encouraged me not to be nervous about going 😊 So I kept my appointment and I’m GLAD I did. They were outside to greet us when we got there. It took couple hours which is short time for car trading! Normally have to stay all day! I had spoken with Ma Alicia over phone and text about coming. She was so friendly 😊 At any rate Ostine was our salesman. He was super! Mr Ostine was so patient with us. My husband cannot hear so it takes us a little longer to do some things. He made us feel welcome. And stayed right with us. A very respectful young man. And Mr Tevin worked hard to get us approved. Our credit isn’t the greatest. But he worked and got us approved! And at no time did they ever look down on us about our credit. So from Mr Omar to Ms Alicia to Mr Ostine and Mr Tevin. It was a great experience! So thanks Mr Omar for getting us there! And to Lake Murray Mitsubishi for all their help 😊❤️🚙❤️ Mary Hipp
